Mike and his team were fantastic! I called on a Saturday and Mike came over that day to give me a quote. They came out on Wednesday and trimmed two of my large trees. They did an excellent job on the trees and cleaned up all the trimmings. I would definitely hire them again!

The crew arrived on time and set to work with a passion. It was a good sized crew, each of whom knew exactly what their task was. They got the work done in quick order, hauled all the debris and the job was exactly what I was expecting. They are a bit more than some of the gypsies out there but are fully insured and always do a professional job

Great. Precision Tree and Outdoor Services quickly responded to my Angi inquiry. An appointment was made with Cary Bennett for a quote and he showed up on time and was very thorough and thoughtful in assessing my tree removal needs. He explained every aspect of what Precision Tree and Outdoor Services procedure and gave me a very reasonable quote which I accepted. He explained the procedure that I needed to go through to get a tree removal permit which I did and received my permit the very next day. (I went in person to the City Hall instead of filling out forms online and within 15 minutes walked out of the City Hall with a permit number.) I then texted the info to Cary and he responded immediately. Due to the nature of the tree’s poor condition he went out of his way to schedule a time for the tree removal In approximately a week. Precision Tree and Outdoor Services showed up at the exact appointed time, staged their equipment and set about the task of carefully removing the dangerous oak tree. The entire crew were courteous and professional. After cutting the tree back to the agreed stump height, the crew cleaned up the worksite with blowers and rakes. The entire time it took the crew from start to finish was approximately 8 to 9 hours including trips to haul off the cut. I was completely satisfied with Precision Tree and Outdoor Services and would use the company again and also refer them to others. Thanks again, W

The crew showed up on a door-knock visit and gave me a great price on trimming back two large oaks and a pine. They also weedwhacked the lawn and trimmed back some hedges for a great price. Team was very personable and professional and finished all of the work quickly without issue.

  • Central Florida Tree & Debris

In one word Fantastic. From the initial estimate with the pictures of what would be done, scheduling to the actual work. The job was done by two teams which I thought was very productive. One team cut using the pictures from the estimate followed 20 minutes later by the clean up crew. Results were exactly what we wanted. I would recommend them anyone without hesitation

Tree Service FAQ

  1. How much does it cost to remove a tree?

Answer: Typically, tree removal costs between $200 and $2,000. Tree removal costs vary widely based on the number of trees being removed, the height of each tree, the diameter of each tree trunk, and accessibility to the tree. Smaller trees are usually less expensive to remove than larger ones, as are those that are more easily accessible.

  2. Do you need a permit to cut down a tree?

Answer: In many areas, you don’t need a permit to cut down a tree on your own private, residential property. But some municipalities may require tree removal permits for conservation purposes or to comply with local ordinances. When you hire a tree removal pro, they’ll be able to tell you whether you need a permit for your specific tree removal project.

  3. When is a good time to trim trees?

Answer: In most regions, the best time to trim your trees is during the winter months. During the active growing season (spring through fall), trimming your trees can leave them more vulnerable to disease and less likely to thrive. During the winter months, when trees are dormant, trimming them will cause less stress and leave them ready to grow again in the spring.

  4. What is the average cost to cut a tree down?

Answer: Tree removal costs between $200 and $2,000 per tree. Establishing an average cost can be difficult because each tree will be assessed and priced based on factors like height, trunk diameter, and accessibility. In general, smaller trees cost less to remove than larger trees, as do trees that are more accessible.

  5. How much does it cost to service a tree?

Answer: The cost to service a tree is typically between $430 and $1,320. The cost to service a tree depends on several factors, including what exactly you’d like done, the tree’s height, its health, the location of the tree, and local labor costs. The national average cost for tree services is $865. Tree trimming isn’t necessary for all trees but can improve their health and longevity by encouraging new growth.

  6. What is the difference between tree trimming and pruning?

Answer: While tree trimming and tree pruning might appear similar to the untrained eye, they serve different purposes. Tree pruning is used to thin a tree by removing unnecessary or burdensome branches. Tree trimming promotes healthy growth by trimming but not removing branches.
