I had a couple of issues with the siding removal as far as the old siding landing on plants etc. Called Dave and he showed up in a short time and took care of the problem with his crew. Installed Hardie board siding, new soffits, gutters, and trim. The finished product looks great as they did a good job on the corners, the caulking around window/doors, etc. Also made it fit with the stone on the lower half of the house which is more demanding and they did a great job on that as well. Overall, very pleased. Dave is good to work with and does what he says. I would and have recommended him to others and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again

Scheduling: Dave delivered exactly as promised. When we decided to hire him he said he was four weeks out. At four weeks, he came to see us with roofing and gutter samples.I asked when they could start, anticipating a few more weeks. To my surprise he said we'll be here tomorrow and finish in 2 and a half days. I was still skeptical based on my sisters experiences with roofers not sticking with the job. But this crew finished right on schedule including cleaning all of the roofing debris away. Our new roof is very attractive. It just weathered two nights of intense thunderstorms. No missing shingles, no leaking skylights!

Friendly, honest and professional, they gave us a great price quote for replacing the metal roof on our shed, repairing the rotted roof decking and fascia, re-flashing the skylights and covering the soffits and fascia. From the quoting process to the project execution we had a great experience with them and we developed as good and friendly relationship with both the field and the office teams. Just to name a few, Gina in the office, and Seth and Josh, who prepared and supervised the project, are just awesome people to work with. There was a small misunderstanding on the job details between the quote and the actual work at some point, which may have also happened because we had the winter in between, but no problem whatsoever in the end; the project supervisor offered to own the mistake and accommodated the situation, so we couldn't be happier. "Mark and Brigley Roofing replaced our roof in the summer of 2019, and they did an excellent job. We live in a hail-prone area of Dakota County, and our roof had sustained multiple hail storms over the years. Our house's previous owners had been unable to get their homeowner's insurance to fix some hail damage, but Mark successfully worked with our insurance company and in the end the nearly 20-year old roof was replaced. Mark's team was punctual, easy to work with, and addressed all of our questions in a prompt and professional manner. When we were trying to decide between some similar colored shingles, Mark even brought over actual shingle samples in different colors so we could see how they looked with our existing siding color. The new three-dimensional architectural-shingled roof is now officially one year old and it looks as good as new - no issues, no leaks.

As many of you know--finding a reputable home improvement company can be quite a challenge. We had some major projects to do in our yard and initially reached out to multiple companies requesting bids on building a 40 x 10 foot pergola, repairing a cedar fence and staining another major structure in our yard.
