WOODBURY GLASS

I had to do a bit of research myself on the new types of glass (lowE and solar heat gain, etc.) and to figure out which side (inside vs. outside) the lowE side should go on for my particular problem/situation. I really wanted to understand why the crack occurred so that it would not happen again and I wanted to minimize solar heat gain at my front entrance. But the company worked well with me and genuinely understood my situation. I had to be on my toes with the installer, because my unique situation required the lowE to be on the outside and there was some confusion on his part for awhile. But a call to the company cleared that up quickly.

Very well. The Estimator came and provided a price in writing. We paid $350 in advance, and the window was ordered. About two weeks later, the window was delivered and installed. As the window has pressurized gas between the panes, removing and installing was not a quick task. I would estimate the technician spend nearly an hour at our house. Everything went well. These are top-notch people, and we will use them again should there be a need.

Noah Lamont is a pleasure to work with. He has extensive experience and made the choices for our custom shower door crystal clear. Pricing was a tad on the high side compared to my expectations but the quality of work was truly excellent. Noah did have to come back out to adjust the door slightly due to our wall being slightly untrue but he did this very quickly and the end result was truly awesome.

He is fabulous. The price was very reasonable. He was friendly. He did the job overnight and he was in the neighborhood. He was very responsive.

They guy was really a nice person.   It’s a new company but the guy did all the work.  The mirrors are great.

Called Noel and described what I needed in the door. He came out measured the glass and had it replaced within a week. Noel always does an excellent job and his pricing is fair.

I was making a cabinet and needed 1 piece of tempered glass for a shelf. I don't buy often enough to know how their pricing is. Quality - it's glass - what more can I say? I was disappointed that no one called to tell me it was ready for pick-up. I'd waited a week. The showroom hours aren't good - be sure you call before you make a trip over there.

Lamont glass removed a huge 8x8 bathroom mirror and subsequently cut it into three smaller sized mirrors.  They arrived on time, removed the mirror with cleanly and efficiently and performed the mirror resizing in a very timely manor.

I had called them in the first week of June , they gave me an estimate and said It would two weeks for the glass to come but no body callled me for over 4 weeks , when I called in Mid July they admitted that they forgot about my order as the person who placed my order was on vacation, one of their technitian came teh same day and replaced my window. He was very professional and apoligied for miscommunication.

I was able to reach them quickly by phone and set up appointment that week for an estimate.  They knew who the original manufacturer was and assured me that they make a very good product and that they would use them to manufacture the exact replacement thermal panes.  They were ordered and arrive about 2 weeks later, and installation was scheduled.  The first installation date was moved due to high winds, but he arrived on time and removed the old glass and installed the new glass, cleaned up the mess and washed the windows.  Good as new!

They were fast there.

We were completing an interior home renovation. The bid we received was lower than their competitors quotes. We furnished the standard glass door but Lamont Glass furnished the custom door. They invited us to view the custom glass door options at their showroom in Woodbury, MN. We choose a European style door. They were pleasant to work with and we would use them again.

He came right away to replace my front window. He was professional and I would highly recommend him. The cost was reasonable.

Noah was very professional from start to finish. Returned calls for estimate promptly. Arrived on-time for estimate and for installation. He was able to replace the glass instead of replacing the whole window.

Both showers look amazing. Noah was very friendly and easy to work with. They had a little trouble finding appropriate studs in the wall to hang the heavy glass door so our wall was torn up a bit. Noah was very apologetic about the problem although it wasn't really his fault. We are very happy with our shower door.

Good job. Noah came to do the estimate, took all the measurements and gave me a bid. I mailed him a check for a deposit after which he ordered the glass. When he got the glass from the manufacturer he called back and set-up a date for the work to be done. Three men came and did the job in about 5 hours. He gave a 10 year warranty on the job and glass.

VERY GOOD. CALLED WHEN COULDN'T MAKE THE FIRST APPOINTMENT BECAUSE THE INSTALLER WAS SICK. FOLLOWED UP AND WAS ON TIME FOR REPAIR. GLASS WAS HARD TO REPLACE ON WINDOWS AND EXPLAINED WHY GLAZING WAS DIFFICULT. OFFERED TO REDO GLAZING IF I REMOVED THE STORM WINDOWS SO THEY COULD GET AT THE GLASS MORE EASILY. VERY REASONABLE AND EASY TO DEAL WITH.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING! WAS ABLE TO EXPLAIN EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO AND WHY.

VERY GOOD, EXCELLENT. ANOTHER COMPANY SAID I COULDN'T GET HARDWARE OR GLASS REPLACEMENT & CHARGED $2200 FOR A WINDOW REPLACEMENT. PEARL DONE AND NOAH LAMONT DID BOTH GLASS & HARDWARE REPLACEMENT, & THIS WINDOW IS MORE FUNCTIONAL THAN THE NEW ONE THE OTHER COMPANY PUT IN.

BOB CONLEY, WHO WAS THE SUB, TEACHES CLASSES ON HOW TO INSTALL SKYLIGHTS. WHEN THE CITY INSPECTOR REQUIRED THAT SOME ADDITIONAL WORK BE DONE TO GIVE THE ROOF MORE SUPPORT, BOB DID THE WORK AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. AFTER A VERY HEAVY RAINSTORM ONE OF THE SKYLIGHTS LEAKED, BUT BOB CAME OUT TO RESEAL IT SO THAT IT WOULDN'T HAPPEN AGAIN (AGAIN, NO EXTRA CHARGE). ONE NEGATIVE: WE DID HAVE TO ASK HIM TO COME BACK AND FINISH TAKING AWAY THE DEBRIS.
