They did an Excellent job re-roofing our home. Derek was extremely helpful through the whole process. Tyler was key to getting our hail damage claim approved. The quality of the work is excellent. Only minor re-work was required and completed without any questions. Cleanup was also excellent. We are very satisfied overall.

We hired Perfect Exteriors to replace the roof, siding (one side only), and gutters on our home following a hailstorm. It turned into a painfully slow process with very little communication throughout. Months would go by with no word until I would finally need to call them to get the status. It would have made a big difference on our end if we were given a realistic time frame upfront and a few updates along the way. These basic repairs ended up taking over 6 months to complete.

After nearly 6 months there are still loose ends. The first sub-contractor had to be fired due to poor workmanship (the building inspector required removal of all work he did). The second group did a great job but did not speak English so when there needed to be changed we needed help to communicate. The workers were not supplied with the proper materials upfront. Finishing work done by the company s carpenter (doors, windows) was shoddy at best and the doors still do not work right. Final inspection never happened. We requested touch up paint for areas that got scratched and were told it would be delivered, we never got it. Did not get reimbursed for the brand-new screen that was ripped by the workers. The workers did not even know how to install the fascia and had to learn on the job. The company failed to get a building permit when the work had begun so they got one after the fact. So many things went wrong which had to be fixed by our son because it was either that or we could have lost our entire 3-season porch, the support beams were mistakenly cut by the workers. There were so many problems and stress with this job. The second group of workers did do a good job on the siding itself and were professional, but they did have limitations and were not given support when they needed it by the company.

The roofing job was completed to satisfaction. But they were late to start and difficult to communicate with. Too busy they said to do gutter repair. Their chasing bucks not customer needs.

The crew was pro's from the start to finish.. (tearing off the roof) to cleaning up around the house & driveway. A++ Love the roof!!

Easy to work with during the quoting process, prompt, professional, responsive, organized and friendly. Lowest cost of the several roofers I contacted. They were able to squeeze my job in within two days of acceptance due to a roof leak (clear skies forecast until after completion date), performed the tear down, repairs and replacement within a day. They even made improvements to prevent recurrence of the initial issues. Dumpster placement was on time, and exactly where requested. The driver even put down wood prior to placing it to prevent marking the driveway. Pickup was early on the prearranged day (first business day after the job). Inspection process went smoothly and clean up was meticulous. Communications went fine throughout. Crew was polite and moved extremely fast. Definitely satisfied and would hire again.
