After contacting him, I received a prompt text and scheduled an appointment that same day, and he came the next day. Richard Paul came to my home, and it was so convenient! His price for the repair ($76) was lower than other places quoted. Not only did he fix my phone, he also gave me advice on what new iPhone case to buy and threw in a new glass screen protector. He also let me know that his work was backed by several guarantees

My request for an estimate was answered quickly and scheduled within days, then the work was able to commence quite shortly thereafter. The work took two days to complete, and after we figured out the best way to run the wiring up to the attic (our house is old and none of the interior walls run all the way from the basement to the attic) they had the outlets installed in no time. We ended up with a problem with our phone jack and they came out and fixed it ASAP at no charge

Rick came right out to our house the same day we called him. He was honest, knowledgeable and very patient in answering questions. Unfortunately, the phone had too much water damage and wasn't worth repairing. I would call Rick for any future phone repair needs.

MUST READ: If I could give 0 stars I would. This was truly one of the worst experiences I've ever had in service. IN SHORT: I brought my phone in for Gophermods to replace a cracked screen, paid them a $316 up front, and THEY BROKE IT. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: When I picked the phone up, it would no longer connect to the mobile network and would not charge without sounding an alarm due to overheating. I addressed this immediately with them and had to bring my phone back. After review, they informed me that it was left on the "heater" too long, which likely severed connections between the two motherboards impacting the antenna (and must have impacted the charging hardware as well). As compensation for THEIR mistake and breaking my Samsung S20 Plus, I lost my phone for 5 days (was provided and inferior loaner phone), given a REFUBISHED replacement ***WITH A SMALL SCRATCH ON THE SCREEN*** and refunded ONLY $30 (about half of their service fee of $59). So, basically I paid them $286 for a refurbished defective phone with a scratch on the screen. NOTE: The new screen part cost them $240 (that I never received). In addition to all of this, they told me they run through a series of functionality tests after they've completed the repairs. Ironically, they just happened to "forget" to check if it connected to the mobile network properly... the most important functionality on a PHONE? Hindsight being 20/20, when I arrived to pick it up, the technician couldn't charge it without sounding the alarm, but told me it was because it was still hot. He also couldn't perform a google search using voice command without failure and had to connected it to the WIFI in order to get it to work. I believe there's some ethics in question here as well. Lastly, they asked me for my broken phone back so that they could reuse/resell the parts!! As if they deserve to make more money on this transaction

So, I did a backup and a reset and an update and Siri still did not work with the microphone. Siri did work with my headphones, though. I went back yesterday and after they did more research, it turns out the problem microphone was the one by the camera. Because replacing that microphone is labor intensive, I chose to not repair it. During my time spent in the store, there were other satisfied customers either in the store or came and went. I highly recommend the honest people at this store

Great, Ken was very helpful and responds very quickly to service needs. One thing I really appreciate about them was making recommendations that were appropriate for our business but not trying to oversell us with things we didn't necessarily need. I would highly recommend Ken and NSA and would gladly hire them again if the need arises

I had a hard time finding a place that would fix this. This was the only place that would do it and they did it quickly and well. They kept me informed the whole time. They will inspect the problem and not charge you, unless u get it fixed.

You pay $60 upfront for a diagnosis, which is applicable to any repair charge. Then you can wait in the shop or come back (usually takes around 2 hours, they told me). I ended up paying $200 for a new screen, which probably is reasonable although I didn't research prices. The young man who waited on me was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. And I am delighted (and relieved) to have my phone working again. I definitely would recommend this shop to anyone who needs cell phone repair
