If you have a cracked screen on your phone - there is no other place you should go than the Cellular Surgeon. No need to call anyone else.
In working through the issues with the install, the rep was unresponsive, unprofessional, and rude. He didn't take any accountability for the issues, blamed the customer, and the problem was never fixed.
"This customers name is actually [member name removed], so I'm not sure why the secrecy. Ok, I provide an onsite repair service, so I drive to the customer wherever they are. I drive to this customer because she says she has an iphone 5 that needs repair. I get there and it's an iphone 5S. She doesn't know what phone she has so she just gives me wrong information. Thankfully I had a 5S part with me so the trip wasent wasted; although it a different color she agreed to do the repair. And agreed to pay the ACTUAL price for the 5S repair. Couple days later she decides that she didn't like the color difference and demands I come back out and change it... So I do. A day after that she says the screen has a blueish tint to it and I agree to come swap it out again. She demands I do it immediately and when I don't do it within two days she messages me telling me not to bother she'll figure it out some other way. She was extremely demanding despite the fact she gave me wrong information and expected me to read her mind over the phone. I can't treat my customers like they're stupid and make them triple check what kind of phone they have. I've had people not know which phone they have, but never had a customer become so disagreeable when I'm able to help them despite their inability to give proper information. Because of the nature of my service if I'm not told the right phone model I may or may not be able to have the right part with me, and cannot help the customer properly."
