Great, Ken was very helpful and responds very quickly to service needs. One thing I really appreciate about them was making recommendations that were appropriate for our business but not trying to oversell us with things we didn't necessarily need. I would highly recommend Ken and NSA and would gladly hire them again if the need arises.

It went great! Ken came out immediately and installed the system within a day. He thoroughly explained the system and how to use it. He is local and knowledgeable about the Twin Cities and the alarm system needs of different areas of the metro. The package included a water sensor that went off a few weeks after the installation. Sure enough, we had some minor water intrusion from the melting snow that we were able to address before the problem got any worse. I can't recommend Ken and National Security Alarms enough.
