I said that this was one of the reasons I hired him, but he said he was out of time. He should have told me upfront that there was a specific time frame, and he should have suggested a time or way to complete the job I paid him for.

"Very well, all things considered. Had speed problems and tech went through my computer thoroughly. He fixed some things, but final assessment is that it is old and tired and needs to be replaced. "I contacted Mike today about a suspected virus on my laptop computer. Mike immediately went to work. Mike did an excellent job scanning my computer remotely and found several minor issues, but then found a trojan virus. Mike was very professional and walked me through his process of getting my laptop working as it should. My internet connection is extremely slow. However, Mike kindly worked on my computer until the work was completed. He was very patient and never complained about the extra time it took due to my slow internet. Mike also was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He offered assistance on how to handle backups by using external hard drives since uploading pictures and files to the Cloud doesn't work well with a slow internet service in a rural area. I am very grateful for Mike's assistance and expertise. I certainly will use his service again, and I highly recommend Mike for your computer needs.

"I recently brought my 8-year-old Dell desktop computer to A2Z Technologies for a new solid state hard drive. Before I brought in my machine, I called Mark and he thoroughly assessed my needs. He mentioned that I could have two internal hard drives: one for running applications and one for storing data. We decided to also replace my original hard drive (HDD), as it was 1 TB and I was having to compensate with three external drives for all of my data files. So, Mark replaced the original hard drive with a 4 TB HDD for data files. Mark also performed a clean-up on my computer. I’m extremely pleased with how well it now runs.
