The fan on my laptop was running very loud and the computer would get very hot. I took the laptop to my regular technician, but he told me that he didn't work on laptop fans and that I would likely need to send it back to the manufacturer for repair and it would likely be a few hundred dollars. I took it to PC Clinic and he said my fan was likely dirty. He blew out the fan with compressed air and now it is working like a charm! It took all of a few minutes for him to diagnose this. He could have charged me for a lot more work than that - but he was very honest and ethical and just helped me out. I HIGHLY recommend PC Clinic!

Fantastic! We were so distraught, thought that all information was lost. Frank is a miracle worker on the computer, he not only restored out computer, but he did it in record time. Our computer (due to my stupid installation of a program without reading the instructions) would not load, it was completely dead. We had a mobile computer guy come out to our house and he worked on it for 3 hours (the bill was outrageous) and couldn't fix it, said he would have to take it away and completely strip it and start from scratch. We said no and sent him away. Then I took the computer down to the PC Clinic in Woodinville (QFC strip mall right behind the bagel store). So very glad I did. Fixed it in no time at all without losing any of our data. Frank is a genius!! REALLY GREAT!!!!
