Great! Got everything from my old computer onto my new computer and recycled old computer. Robin arrived on time, and worked efficiently.

Outstanding! Very professional and friendly service. I got more than my money's worth and am very happy with the care I received. I got better service here than at the Apple Store where I was told that they couldn't fix my computer. Robin fixed my problems and spent a lot of time with me helping me understand the nature of the problems. Everything is working fine now. Would definitely use the service again.

Robin lives and breathes computers. He set us up completely and even helped with issues on the phone.

Robin is a true professional. He is extremely knowledgeable about any issue we have had and has answered in a very timely fashion. He is also a very nice guy! Robin met me at his office in Bellevue at the appointed time. Listened carefully to the issues I was having with my Mac. Later, he explained that I needed a new hard drive. He gave me a time and price estimate for the repair and provided me with options as regards to retrieving information for the old hard drive. The cost estimate was very fair. The turn around was fast and he was very pleasant to deal with. He also told me that he could fix my touch pad that wasn't functioning properly. He did this in five minutes. After five years of poor performance, my touch pad worked perfectly. He explained very patiently to me how to optimize its capabilities. I asked how much I should pay him for the touch pad repair. and quot;No charge,and quot; he said. I highly recommend Mac Ace!

... and slapped new RAM in as well...I love Apple service to, but Mac Ace is way better...what a font of knowledge, ability, and just get it done action! Better price, better service, and learn more from Robin in the process.

I left my computer at the Mac Ace office at about 11 AM on December 31, 2013. Some extra time was needed to install memory, so I expected to pick up on January 2nd, but Robin had everything ready for me on New Years Day! Very good communication and I couldn't be happier with the result. My computer is working beautifully!! Thanks Mac Ace!

I wanted to add memory to my laptop very urgently and I did not even know the type of RAM I need.
Robin happened to have the required model and he installed it in no time. I don't remember the price he charged but it was reasonable and that actually saved my day as my work was blocked by lack of RAM.
As a complement Robin cleaned my laptop. I also enjoy his positive attitude to things. So I really liked the service.

He has done a lot of work of me in the past. He is always on time, he responds very quickly. The quality of his work is the most important feature, he knows how to fix things beautifully. He is extremely knowledgeable. I have recommended him to my friends and family as well!

MAC ACE provided outsatnding service resolving a glitch between my Apple computer and Epson printer. Robin Ray is very professional, extremely well versed in the technology and language of Apple, and has a marvelous way of explaining the technology in simplistic, easy to understand everyday terms. The experience was fine. He said it would likely take weeks to recover the data, though I didn't have weeks and he didn't recommend I wait long also. No matter, he did try his best and got further in the process than anyone else I knew. Robin knows what he's talking about and has a deep knowledge about systems repair and configuration of networks.

I bought a new, faster graphics card for my Mac Pro computer, but found that it was a lot more complicated to install than I thought, so I googled for a Mac repair shop in my home town, hoping to find someone who could install it right away and inexpensively. Mac Ace was at the top of the list on Google. I called and talked to Robin Ray, the owner, who quickly made me feel comfortable and confident that he could not only install my new graphics card but also make sure that the drivers were updated in my Mac and that my applications would run with the new card. He gave me the option of bringing my Mac Pro to his shop, or coming out to my office, at a time that was convenient for me. He did exactly what he said he would do to install the new card and drivers and test my applications software, quickly and for less money than I expected to pay, because it took him less time than he quoted me over the phone. He was very pleasant to work. As we talked, I found out that Robin has many years of experience building, installing, supporting and servicing PCs and Macs, for corporate customers, small businesses and consumers. He's the first person I'm going to contact when I need computer help or service in the future.
