As a small, locally-owned family business, our mission is to help people with computer technology, whether a single user or a larger company. We offer a vast amount of experience in the computer service and repair arena, as well as a long tradition of custom built computers tailored to the customer’s specific needs, be it gaming, media center, web browsing, complete business setup, or just a plain Jane PC. We repair and sell computers, software, and more, with ongoing integrity, doing our best to communicate honestly and openly with our customers. They fixed it within 24 hours (2 days ahead of schedule) and charged me their minimum fee. They explained what had gone wrong, and they were courteous and respectful. Highly recommended.

Will, at Computer Concepts, performed the analysis that the original hard drive was toast but he was able to retrieve about 90% of the data on it. They installed a new drive, reinstalled the operating system and we now have our computer working better than it was prior to the crash. They were wonderful to work with and we'd recommend them to anyone that needs help with their computer.

Great they fixed the ransom-ware issue. They also identified several other problems we had, including a failing hard drive. Now my computer works better than it has in years and is so much quietier!

The work was performed right to our requests. There was an issue with miscommunication regarding that the repairs were completed when they hadn't been done yet, Basically they just called the wrong customer. Will immediately took charge, started doing the requested work and significantly altered the cost due to their error. We actually got our computer back before originally promised. Nice to see a business that takes responsibility for their actions, their work and their customer's satisfaction.

These guys are true lifesavers! and Very professional and honest! I had other dealings with the best buy geek squad with another laptop that they totally took advantage of me and sent my laptop across the country to repair, which took 2 weeks to get it back.. They said my hard drive was shot and couldn't copy or save anything! I took it to these guys and they were able to get all my info of of the "dead" hard drive! So it was no question who I would go back to when my new laptop (which just ran out of warranty last month) needed service! They were knowledgeable with my issue and knew exactly how they could fix it without hesitation! Which made me confident i had again chose the right repair service company! They told me it would take a few days, but the next day I got a call that it was all done ! I definitely would recommend to anyone that, like me, is not computer savvy... The are trustworthy, honest and fair pricing! Thanks computer concepts!

I brought my computer in and they diagnosed the problem within minutes. Gave an estimate and repaired it at the estimated cost. Very fast turn around -- done in less than an hour.

My hard drive had issues. They were able to diagnose and quickly provide an estimate. When I asked if it was worth fixing my computer , the were honest and said with the age and what they were seeing with problems it would probably be better to just get a new one. They were then able to salvage the data on the hard drive and load it on an external hard drive for me. I was very happy with their work and the level of communication they provided while working on the computer.
