Carol came to our house, determined the problem worked on correcting the issues and left us with a working system. Carol was very informative as wored on the system, explaining to my wife and I what she was doing and why without all the technical jargon associated with computers. After she resolved our problems she patiently answered all our questions in understanable terms. She will be our call when we have problems in the future.

Carol was very responsive to our needs. She recognized our issues and resolved them efficiently. She answered our questions in "plain English " so that we could understand the issues. We will definitely call her in the future.

It went very well. Carol came and set everything up in two hours. She set up the new router, made sure all computers on the network behaved themselves, set the two network printers and network strorage were functional. At this point everything is working as I had hoped it would. I had hired Carol before and she didn't disappoint me. I would certainly hire her again.

In one hour and fifteen minutes, Carol cleaned up two computers and fixed problems with Windows 10, Firefox, and Chrome compatibility.  It was like having a private lesson in computer maintenance.  She was terrific.  I will definitely keep her in my contacts list for future computer problems.

Carol is prompt, responsive and very keen to provide service within a budget.  She is adept with network hardware and configuration, as well as individual workstation configuration.  She is fluent with MAC and PC and moves seamlessly between both platforms.  
Most importantly, she is an excellent teacher and worked with our providers to optimize their workstations.  Some of our providers are very tech-savvy and others are not.  She is able to address concerns regardless of the level of tech knowledge a person has.  
She is personable and has genuine social skills, which many folks in tech sorely lack.  Best of all, her rates are quite affordable.

It went extremely well. She arrived on time. First, she set at each computer and performed a number of tests as well as measuring the Wi-Fi signal. She then performed diagnostics on my wife's computer, removing some un-used programs. She also carefully examined the browser setting and made several recommendations. We agreed with these and she corrected them. Then she went back to my computer and performed the same diagnostics on it. Again, she made some recommendations and tweaked the browser settings. At my request, she installed the Chrome browser. I am quite pleased with the results and can certainly recommend her.

Carol is fabulous.  Punctual, professional, efficient.  Did what we wanted done and then also solved additional problems I identified while she was here.  One stop shopping for all your home computer needs!

This is the second time we have hired Carol to help us clean up or set of office computers and we will certainly do so again! I particularly appreciate how she explains what she is doing in terms that I can follow.

Carol arrived on time and was courteous and was very personable (without being intrusive).  I sat with her most of the time she was there, not because she necessarily needed me but because I had a lot of questions and was interested in what she was doing.  She answered all my questions and had a lot of knowledge on computer issues.  I am a business-owner, so the health of my computer is so important.  So the fact that she explained things, including what I need to look for in my next computer purchase, was definitely value-add.
We went a little bit beyond the time she quoted she could get it done in, and she did not charge for that extra time.

It went very well and now I am set up with my new computer and comfortably operating it.  I had suggestions for what I wanted to do and learn, and she had suggestions/recommendations for me to know and learn.  It was important to her to customize the computer to my liking and level of expertise.  Beyond my expectations, she setup my printer, too

Carol is one of a kind, great at what she does. If you have computer issues, networking, printing, software....run don't walk to get Carol's help. I honestly believe there isn't anything Carol can't do when it comes to resolving/updating any home computing or small business technical needs.
