They are efficient. I have been using them for about two years.

It went very well. No problems at all! They were right on time and very responsive in terms of scheduling an appointment. They did a general tune-up and debugging on our computers. The deal was an excellent price!

Their tech came out and did some work on my computer. From then on, it went down hill. I never had any issue with the tech who came out, he was very nice. I told him that my computer had gone black and all of the lettering was flying across the screen. I was worried about a virus. He looked at it but said he couldn't fix it at my house. He took it to his shop and brought it back. They did a full cleanup of my computer as well as put in another memory module. He never told me he was going to do that. He also told me that when I signed on there would be a message that would come up that had to do with my computer that he couldn't remove. Every time I logged in I had to exit out of it to get into my system. They charged me $270 for all of the work. After that was done I went into my computer and when I went into certain websites I would click in links and it would bring up a warning message saying that the site could be harming my computer. This happened with several websites I frequently used before that I never had a problem with. I called the owner, Rebecca and told her what was happening. She was going to have her technician come out to see me on October 24th at 1:30pm. She called me around 2pm say that one of their business accounts had an emergency and asked if we could reschedule. I asked if he could come after that was finished and she said that would be fine. I waited until 6:20pm and received no calls from her or the technician. I called her and let her know that I was very disappointed that nobody called me. We then rescheduled for Saturday at 3pm. She then called me at 3:20pm saying the technician was tied up with another job again. She said he would possibly be able to come around 5pm. I told her I was not willing to wait around again. I felt as if it was very unprofessional. I let her know how I felt and then she argued with me. She then called me 3 times. She tried to offer to have her tech come back for free, but I didn't want that because he didn't even do it right in the first place. I ended up hiring another company who was able to get the box when I open my computer to go away. He also said they set my security settings too high which was causing the alerts when I opened all of the websites. I would not do business with them in the future nor recommend them to others.

The service turned out well. They cleaned the viruses off our computer. They solved our problems and got our computer working again. They did a good job.

The fellow who came to our house was professional, answered our questions, and worked on the computer.

It was great. He came right out. He stayed for 3 or 4 hours and didn't charge very much. When something else went wrong with our computer, he walked us over the phone on how to fix it. It was something that happened and not his fault. He didn't charge for that. The price was reasonable. I was very satisfied.

Great. This is my second time using TechTeam Seattle. I asked to check my (89) year old mother's computer because she was having several issues. He visited her, working on her computer for over a hour. However, after a few hours she was still having issues. I called Ed with my concerns. He immediately made another appointment with her, fixed her computer, and didn't charge her for this second trip. Very generous gesture.

I don't think I needed a new router and although our system worked after the technician left, I don't think he knew as much as we needed him to about fixing what was wrong. They company was very responsive and gave us a credit for future work but I didn't have enough confidence in their services to use them again.

I've been using them for nearly three years now, and they always do a great job. They're quick to respond, do good work, and charge below average prices as well.

They did a great job with the printer issues, however, he was unable to diagnose the connection/security problem. He actually stayed longer than the allotted hour trying to fix it. He promised to research my issue and get back to me, but I never heard back from him. He made several (unasked for) changes to the settings of my computer which took me weeks to find and reset. He tried and was very professional and polite, but in the end, I was little better off than I was before, although my wife was happy she could print from her laptop.

I was not happy that our computer could not be fixed as it was not that old.

Rebecca was able to set up times that worked for me and had Ed come as agreed. If there was a delay she would keep me informed. Ed was great to work with and very patient as I watched him do the set up. I know I can call with any problem I may have since Windows 8 is so different than XP.

I had a coupon for an hour of tech help. The first gentleman that came to help (I can't remember his name - Antonio?...anyway, not Eddie) tried to repair my computer - he spend about 30 minutes working on it but the computer was so old and so far gone that he told me I really needed to get a new one (the disk wouldn't even spin fast enough to do a defrag.) He told me where would be the best couple of places to get one and gave me his cell number saying when I was ready he would help me pick out what I needed if I wanted him to (which I did want his help), and that I still had thirty minutes coming to me for the coupon and he would be glad to come back and set up the new one for me. He was friendly and helpful and he really gave me some good suggestions.
A month or so later, when I got around to purchasing my computer I was told that Antonio(?) was no longer worked there and Eddie would be glad to help me. I discussed my computer options with Eddie and he told what to buy and where to buy it. (In hindsight, I wish that he had at least asked if I was a member of one of the warehouse chains so we could have checked there for maybe a bigger computer for less money - but he didn't so it is what it is.) Anyway, I bought what he suggested and he came and spent quite a bit of time setting up the new computer and when I mentioned I might like to go wireless he looked online and told me just where to go and what to buy. I ran out and bought it and he installed it before he left.
I don't remember exactly how at this point, but the balance I owed was conveyed to me. I had some questions about the new setup and when I called the woman at the office couldn't address any of the technical questions I had and told me Eddie would call. I called them again a week or so later; still waiting for Eddie to call back. The lady at the office appologized and said she'd have him call me...He never did call me. So much time passed that I felt bad still witholding final payment and when I called the office for the mailing address the lady at the office asked if all my questions had been answered. I told her that Eddie never had called but that by now I had forgotten what my question was.
I later remembered my question but instead of starting all that up again - I am just working around the issue.
They were very nice enough; but I will probably look elsewhere next time I need help.

The B for punctuality was because I had to wait a week the second time I used this service. He was sick. Otherwise he was timely, knew what I wanted, explained some things to me and got my computer running well.
