Never had any issues with them on anything. I know it sounds amazing, but I've tried other tech places over the years and even though I now live in Seattle I will still travel to bring my work to pc techs. They haven't disappointed.

We have always been extremely satisfied with all of the work that PC Techs has done for us as well as the equipment we have purchased from them. Although we currently live in Seattle, we will continue to use PC Techs services for the excellent quality of their work and customer service.

Wendy went through my system and checked the hard drive and also for any viruses, etc.   I had many files that had become corrupt and I had lost some of my Outlook Calendar and task items.

Wendy spent a lot of time in fixing my system, restoring most of my files and reinstalling software.   She was extremely professional and made sure she understood how I used Outlook.   I use it extensively, and without it don't know anything about my appointments, contacts and daily tasks.   She didn't talk like a geek and made sure I understood everything she was doing.

I'm newly retired from a high tech company and have really missed having IT around every time something happens with my system.   PC Techs and Wendy have now become my 'new' IT department!    I will definitely be using them again as needed.   My husband's computer will be the next one in to be overhauled.

I definitely recommend this company.    Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. 

On our last business with PCTECH, we had been blind sided by a 'computer specialist' in the Spokane WA area in that they promised several 'refurbished' computers on a specific schedule with specific modifications accomplished.  When they did not meet the specs and schedule promised, we cancelled the order with them and requested PC TECHS to provide 5 new computer CPU's together with specific software and hardware installations.

PC TECH promptly provided quotes and schedules in response to our request.  We placed the order with them.  They delivered all hardware ahead of our schedule, complete with special programming and hardware requirements.

We cannot say enough  good things about PCTECHS. They, all of them, are wonderful. We strongly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for computers or is in need of repair or help.

It turned out okay. They did okay and they were nice.

It was fine. I used them for a couple of years ending in 2012. They were fairly predictable in the sense that if they said it was going to be done in a certain time they usually were able to meet that and they didn't promise faster service than was possible. I didn't feel pressured to make any repairs or any purchases, they were pretty straightforward in reporting what they found or what they thought needed. I used them for several years so I thought they were very good. Right now, I have a provider that provides I think a little bit better service and costs a bit less so I don't anticipate using them in the immediate future but I would go back and use them again if my current provider weren't available.

They are great. I've been using them for 8-10 years. I use them exclusively. They do a good job and they are trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone. They always seem to find our problem and fix the issue so we don't have to keep running down there. I tend to pay a little more to get to the front of the line because we are a small business. They are very responsive. They will give customer service, field testing or technical support over the phone once in a while. I've actually had them come to my office on different occasions to have them do some infrastructure problems once in a while as far as modems, routers and office stuff like that. I would recommend them without hesitation. I think the price is fair and reasonable but I haven't really shopped around. They are always professional and courteous. I got to know the owner of the business when I first started. She was a start-up when I was a start-up. Her business has grown. I like dealing with the owner because the others don't have the knowledge of our business and how to deal with our issues. I would absolutely recommend them.

They are so good and honest; they will tell you this is a flat fee-this is how much it is going to cost  to fix it and that is it. There is no further fee even if they find out more- they will fix it and, they can fix anything. Their work is done in an appropriate amount of time, and you can call them and say, ''I am having this problem, can you help me with it?''  and they will help me with it over the phone if it is something that is simple, that can be fixed that way-like if I  have a problem with -taking care of a situation a program. They are just nice people.

I would recommend a client to purchase a computer from them because they will stand behind the product.

It always turns out good. The price was pretty fair. They did not try to upsell me, that was the part I liked about them. It was ready when they told me it would be. They were very professional.

PC Tech and Parts sorted my hardware problem and repaired the equipment. The price was very reasonable. The experience was excellent. They provide excellent service without charging a lot of money. They seem to be interested in the problem, in solving the problem. They are good on a person-to-person basis. And they are prompt.
