THE MOUND WAS EASILY 4 FEET HIGH, A MAN WITH A PICKUP AND A PLOW CAME AND WHIPPED THAT STUFF OFF IN 10 MINUTES FLAT. HE ALSO SHOVELED MY WALK FOR NO ADDITIONAL FEE. NICE MAN, TOO. THE DELAY WAS JUST BECAUSE THEY WERE SO BACKED UP WITH REQUESTS.

I called around noon. Miguel's wife took my call and relayed it to him. He responded within 20 minutes, gave an accurate estimate, immediately drove from Evanston to Chicago to do the work, brought one helper, and they did a fast and excellent job. He had run out of his own salt because of all the other places he had done first but used salt I had to salt everything. I am completely satisfied with his work

THEY HAVE PROVIDED SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES FOR US FOR 3 YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS DONE A FINE JOB. THEY STAKE THE DRIVEWAY IN THE FALL (AND REMOVE STAKES IN THE SPRING). THEY ARE OUT EARLY IN THE MORNING AFTER A SNOWFALL AND WILL WORK AROUND ANY CARS THAT HAPPEN TO BE IN THE DRIVEWAY. THEY HAVE SOMETIMES EVEN COME BACK A SECOND TIME TO REMOVE THE BERM ACROSS THE DRIVEWAY LEFT BY THE CITY PLOWING OUR STREET. THEY CALL IN THE LATE SUMMER TO ASK IF YOU PLAN TO RENEW WITH THEM, AND ARE GOOD ABOUT ADDRESSING ANY CONCERNS OR PROBLEMS THAT YOU MENTION

CALLED THEM IN THE MID-MORNING, TOOK A WHILE FOR THEM TO GET BACK TO ME. THEN I WAS TOLD THAT SOMEONE WOULD COME BY 6PM TO PLOW, BUT NOBODY SHOWED UP. AFTER I CALLED, SOMEONE SHOWED UP BY 7PM. AFTER LOOKING AROUND, HE INCREASED THE COST TO $30 FROM $25 THAT WAS QUOTED OVER THE PHONE. HE DID DO A GOOD JOB OF CLEARING THE DRIVEWAY, AND WAS COURTEOUS

Unlike other contractors, we find Year Round prompt, dependable and responsive which is absolutely key in this industry.
