Joey with magic plumbing was an absolute godsend! When my toilet overflowed during a stressful work day, I panicked. He not only persevered until the issue was resolved, but he was incredibly professional, efficient, knowledgeable and had the most positive attitude. This young man deserves a raise!!!

I needed a long dress lock removed from my new place after a bunch of wooden lived there previously. Mike was amazing. Came out after hours and they charged regular price. I called again to have them look at some existing plunging at another house in regards to a bathroom remodel. I had Mike come out again. They were helpful and went the extra mile when they didn't have to. Very satisfied and very fair. It's easy to ripped off when you aren't a plumber yourself. I trust Magic.

The plumber showed up on time, assessed our job, and despite the ancient plumbing in our 1929 high-rise condo was able to replace the shut-off valves for our bathroom sink without issue, No leaks, no problem for the subsequent contractor to access and use the new angle stops. Magic Plumbing has done work for us in the past and they have always been good. This time we needed some shower handles put on the correct way (a general contractor who did our bathrooms installed incorrectly and argued with me that it was the way they were supposed to be installed). He also was able to fix a loose faucet which solved our leak. He was in and out in no time and was very professional. I put "Good" for Price because he estimated based on what had to be done and how long it would take him so I didn't have a lot to go by but as I mentioned, Magic has done other work and has always done a good job.

Magic Plumbing is a wonderful company! Their plumber Adam came out the morning after our call (after we had set up an appointment with Liz, their very efficient office person). Adam provided an accurate estimate, arrived exactly on time on the date we selected later that week for the actual work completion. Adam was accompanied by his assistant Lucky. They quickly, efficiently and carefully completed our list of fairly difficult projects and provided exactly the kitchen and bathroom fixtures we wanted, which we had not been able to find anywhere. And their workmanship was excellent, they left our home tidy and the work came in slightly below Adam's estimate. We will definitely be using Magic for our future plumbing needs.

I purchased services from magic carpet years ago.I did use them, and I was mostly satisfied. The plumber left more of the pipe extending into the room more than we wanted.He was uncomfortable cutting too close to the wall and he ended up leaving about 8 inches.We felt it should have been done much closer to the well, it was an obstacle. It took a couple of hours to do the job nd did clean up the area they worked in.

The call service at night has a very nice attendant, but he doesn't listen very well and doesn't understand much of what you tell him. Pablo is the best part of the company because he is a dispatcher and very nice and understands most issues although he's not a plumber. There was a reluctance in the plumber to replace all the parts requested and everything became an add on of $100 / part which is amazing for parts that normally cost $5.

Very Poor.
I had 2 toilets that were not functioning properly. I could tell new flushing mechanisms were needed, or to be adjusted. So I purchased the discount package offered by Angie List, approx $200. And scheduled an appointment. Was a bit concerned, because some of the reviews were not that good. But I needed the service, in that I had visitors coming for a stay.
Well, the plumbers arrive, and I was quoted $800.00 for fixing the 2 toilets! But that as a special deal, Magic would do the job for a mere $500!! Well, yes I decided to do it. My visitors were due shortly, family with children, and I wanted the fix. Which the plumber was happy to do with three parts and about 30 minutes. New handles that were different, obviously thats what the had in the truck. Upon finishing one, he said well, the "filler tube" in the tank was too long, and the toilet would probably overflow if a malfunction. That if I had a hacksaw, I could cut it down. I said, well, should you do this? He said no, for a new tube, he would have to take the tank off, and he could not hacksaw, or something. So that was it.
I was later advised this was just a scam price to pay. Just a rip off by an uncaring company. Probably something to laugh about around the water cooler! I called twice to discuss, but was told the "manager" was lute of the office, and he would call me. Of course, no calls!
Angie, I expect an adjustment on this bill. This was nothing more than a scam!! Stop and look at this. Is this how you want Angies List represented? If so, not with my membership, for sure!!

We were very happy with the professionalism and the quality of the job by the two technicians (Frank and Devin Morris). They were very thorough and definitely cleared the source of the backup. The City is working on a water and sewer main project on our street and will be back again tomorrow for some additional work on the sewer main. My husband tested our sewer line today and it drained perfectly. We are awaiting an estimate for the cost to replace the lateral so we can budget for when it's needed.
