- Dr. PhonezThis was the second repair that I had done by Dr. Phonez. The previous one was on another iPhone 5s that my wife gave to me after she cracked her screen, too. However, the screen had cracked they said due to a swollen battery that also needed replacing. So I replaced both and am now using the 5s as my own phone. I had considered getting a new phone, but the iPhone 6s are too large to fit in my front pocket. The repaired 5s works just fine and still fits into my front pocket. This repair also took about an hour, maybe slightly more. They were very prompt in giving me a call when it was finished
- Dr. PhonezWas having trouble with old Blackberry phone. took it in and they immediately checked it out. It had water damage so I replaced the phone with a new one they had in thier counter. Impressed that they were able to look at my phone so quickly. Up and running right away.

He has helped me set up and maintain Dell computers, MAC computers (desktop and laptop), iPhones, sound systems, and home theater systems. He is extremely knowledgeable in all things technological! I have yet to run across a problem that he couldn't fix...almost always quickly and easily. It's like he wrote the manuals!!! I can't say enough good things about Louis...truly a genius!!
- Dr. PhonezI called to see if it was something they could fix. The lady on the phone was very courteous and advised, they could fix this and gave me an estimate over the phone. I took it in on my lunch hour and they expected it to be ready in 45 minutes. I left to grab lunch. When I came back, less than 45 minutes later, the phone was fixed. And, the good news, it was $10 less than expected
- Dr. PhonezOnly went to Dr. Phonez because of their reviews and grade here but was still cautious as I had just broken the glass on a 2 month old Nokia 1020. Naz was incredibly helpful over the phone when I called. While they had the glass in stock for my son's Galaxy and the cost was reasonable ($125), the Nokia glass had to be ordered. 2 days later, I got a call and brought both phones in. In about 2 1/2 hours they had replaced the glass on my son's Galaxy S3 perfectly and my Nokia looked as good as new. I was surprised by how well the phones had been repaired, but was completely happy with the fact that the 1020 looked like it came out of the factory. So while I was skeptical, that the $300 for the Nokia would be worth it, the fact is I had to get it repaired and I will only go back to Dr. Phonez if I ever need another repair
- A T & T WIRELESSThey are very friendly and very helpful. Even though they are crowded they have enough people that I don't have to wait forever. No matter what problem I have, they say they will be able to take care of it. They are very good and very professional. I like my iPhone.
- Dunn Communication SolutionsBottom line: Joe is very knowledgeable, very flexible, timely, polite and makes sure everything is correct before he leaves. I originally reached out to Dunn Communications for just a phone repair. Joe is very professional. He called the day before coming out to verify nothing was changing on my side. The day of the job, he was prompt, personable, and polite. Joe went to work troubleshooting the problem. I have a structured wiring cabinet and it was evident he knew what he was doing; he figure out how it was wired and tracked down the issue. He got the phone working but was admit about verifying ALL phone drops even though he just restore dial tone to the top of the punch down block. He discovered that several wall jacks were miswired and he fixed them also. He called later to make sure things were still working after the repair. Based on the great work, I asked he to install some additional data drops in the family room to get off of the wireless signal which wasn't always reliable - Hi-Def streaming would pause. Joe returned for the 2nd job with a co-worker. Routing the Cat5 downstairs was harder than expected; originally it appeared the existing wiring could be used to pull the new drops into the wall. He tried several times to met my desire but we ended up using another wall. After the wiring was in place, he performed complete testing using a lan tester (dial tone, shorts, signal quality, distance) on both drops. After the lines were proven to be good, again he insisted that I tested connectivity with my equipment - it worked flawlessly. They revisited every room they were in and made sure it was cleaned up and they moved all the furniture back. Joe didn't change the price for the job even though it was more difficult. If I need additional telephone/data work, I'll call Dunn Communication

"I was previously a Dish Network customer but my bill kept going up and up. I was calling around to local service companies when I found this company. I was able to schedule a sales rep to come out to my home. The rep quoted me for AT&T internet and Directv. The quote was so good I decided to swap my phones from Sprint to AT&T wireless. The bill was alot more reasonable. I got the phones I ordered the very next day and had my TV and internet installed within 3 days of signing my contract. It was quick and simple. I would definitely recommend this company!

"I had accidentally left my phone on top of my car while I was strapping my 2 yr old in her seat. I went back, and found the phone. It worked but the screen was all cracked up.
<br /> I first called T-Mobile to see if they could fix it since I do have insurance for it. Turns out it is a $175.00 deductible. That was too much for a found that works in all I needed was the screen. I had to weigh my options: Get a new iPhone 5s for $175, or repair it for less. I decided to get it repair.
<br /> I check the Internet to see if their was a service who can do this, and how much it was. Dr. Phonez came up on the search and was recommended by Angie's List and others. So I went there the next day.
<br /> I got around 1100. There were two females behind the counter, and they greeted me as soon as I came in. I told them what I was there for and one of them stated it will be $69.00. I was cool with that because I saw that advertise on their site. She then told me that it will take about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to fix. Again, I was cool with that. I had my 2 year old with me so, I figure we will recon the area (North Star mall and El Pollo Loco).
<br /> By the time I finished looking around, it was after 1500. When I arrived back to Dr. Phonez, the clerk went back to the work area to get my phone. The phone looked like new. I was a happy camper when I saw it. She even suggested to by a case for it for $10. I had no problem with since the other one was destroyed.
<br /> The staff were very professional. I have no complaints. I would go back there if anything happen to my phone, and I would recommend the shop to anyone who need their phone repaired.
