Car works after they installed a new starter and the price was on point with what my usual trusted mechanic charges

Walk in on a Saturday morning with a leak in my power steering system. The team at CarDoc quickly assessed the problem and repaired it with OEM parts. Friendly and knowledgeable professionals providing quality service at a fair price point. They get a B in price only for the cost of pressure washing the area around the pump. Still a fair price all in all!

Very helpful and punctual. They also offer a AAA discount, I will continue to use them for all of my car repairs in Aggieland.

I have been having electrical issues on and off with my car for the past 2 years. Batteries replaced alternators replaced the works. I have been to cardoc 3 or 4 times with this issue, and every time they do their best to find the issue and fix it as quickly as they can. If the repair is something they already fixed the replace it under warranty. They also give a AAA discount. They are very helpful and do a great job of explaining what they did if you ask. They were also less expensive than the last repair shop I went to, I'll keep going to them for my repairs.

My son is off at college, so when his truck battery kept dying, I was a bit nervous not knowing any car repair places in College Station. I found Cardoc on Angie's List. My son called, they were very helpful on the phone and scheduled a time for him to bring the car in. They identified what they believed to be the problem, and provided an estimate. They quickly confirmed the problem, made the repair, and sent my son on his way. He was very pleased with the service and treatment he received, and I was very pleased with the fair price. He now has a good place to go in College Station for car repairs should the need arise.

I could not have been anymore pleased with my experience at Cardoc. I am a college student who knows very little about cars, so I was concerned with being ripped off. I took my car in and was assisted at once. I gave them a small description of what I thought was wrong with my car, and they went with that. Before I left, they let me know exactly when I would be called the next day with the diagnostics of damage. Sure enough, they called at the exact time, telling me of all the damage that was done and how much it was going to cost. I was expecting to be without a car for nearly a week because of my experience with previous mechanics, but the mechanics at Cardoc were able to get my car back to me within 2 days and that was because they had to order parts! When I went to pick up my car, I was greeted by the lead mechanic who worked on my car. He sat down and talked with me for nearly 30 minutes about all the work that he did, in detail, and told me about different parts of my car that might need to be replaced in the future. I was called twice a day with updates about where my car was and how much the cost was going to be. They always asked me first before fixing any area of my car, so when I went to pay, the price was of no surprise, and I was fully confident that I received the highest quality work without being ripped off. If anyone ever asks me for advice about a mechanic in Bryan/College Station area, I would only recommend Cardoc.

I went in and said that I wanted 2 specific spark plugs changed and one of the ignition coils changed and to also check why it is overheating so fast. They gave me a call the next day to tell me the car was running great since they changed the plugs and coil. But...there was a broken gasket on the back side of the engine that connected a pipe for the radiator. He said it was going to take up to 19 hours for fix a $2 part. I could not believe what he told me. I went in and he put the car on the lift to show me with a flash light and they showed me on the computer some pictures and diagrams as to which part. He said he would let me think about it. Because lots of time people with just sell the car as is and not fix it. I went home and researched everywhere and always came up with what he told me. Either remove the engine or lift the body off of the chassis. I went back in and said not to work on it and I would just have to sell the car for cheap. He said he understood and said he would look for a buyer for me. He also let me keep it in his parking lot for about 2 weeks until I figured out what to do. Really nice guy. I will take all my cars that I screw up to him.
