After the reviews I was expecting a better service. I paid $85 for an inspection of my car that pretty much took all of 5 minutes of driving and 5 minutes lifting it to look at the bottom. Maybe that was all it took to diagnose the main issues but for that kind of money I expect a detailed inspection of the whole vehicle and report of what was found. All I got was a receipt with a couple basic things pointed out. I have been to other places that would have done a much more detailed job Nice enough customer service but not worth the money I paid and not satisfied with the visit for sure.

Everything went great. Sam looked it over and checked it and said it seemed good now.

Sam is the best. He communicates early and often. He walks you through the problem. He gives a fair estimate and sticks to it. He does his best to help you work within your budget and will go out of his way to help you out. He is extremely honest.

Pharaoh Auto Repair did a wonderful job on my 2000 Camry Solara. It is running beautifully and stopping smoothly. We so appreciated the professional, efficient and honest approach to auto repair.

Sam was able to see me the same day, although I made the appt for the following day. When I arrived, Sam took my car in and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had to replace a sensor, drain contaminated fluid, and replace a gear in the transfer case. He completed all of this work on the same day, minimizing our time without a car. There were a few other non-mechanical issues that came up on the diagnosis, but he didn't pressure me to fix them (which I appreciated).

This review is overdue for Sam and his team at Pharaoh Auto Repair. I've been going to him for about 2.5 years now and he is nothing but outstanding. His shop does outstanding work, he is extremely friendly and best of all he is as honest as the day is long. I met Sam after another auto repair shop (Belden's Auto on Prue) told my girlfriend that she had a blown head gasket on her Explorer. They claimed to have done multiple leak down tests with it failing each time after she had developed a code after she let it overheat. The car had been missing so I figured it was the worst case scenario and believed them. I talked to quite a few places about repair/engine replacement since the first shop immediately tried selling me an overpriced engine. I tracked down and purchased an engine online. After calling around Sam offered me the best price to put it in and allowed me to drop ship it to his shop. In hindsight...I should have just taken the car to Sam and had him look at it. Needless to say the engine showed and I dropped off the Explorer. Sam called that afternoon and said "the engine in her car is fine...you just have a bad plug wire...I'm more than happy to put this new engine in for you but it would be a waste of money." We both laughed and I sent the engine back. He saved me thousands of dollars and could have easily taken me to the cleaners. Needless to say I won't be going back to the first shop ever again. Since then Sam and his team have taken care of my vehicles. I'm writing this because I took my truck in today for the 100k mile service and an oil change on it, and I remembered I'd never written one. He is my "go to" mechanic and I highly recommend him if you want someone you can trust that will do work at a reasonable price.

They did several tests but could not find anything wrong. When I asked how much I owed them for their time, they told me "No charge - we didn't find anything wrong. Bring it back in if it starts acting up again, and we will check it out again." They could have easily told me they fixed the problem, or charged for the time they spent testing, but were honest about not finding anything wrong, and would not even let me pay them for their time. I have had no further problems, but this will definitely be the mechanics I go to in the future for all my maintenance. Thank you Pharaoh for your honesty and integrity.

Called to schedule and had availability the very next day. Sam was very courteous and provides service with a smile! He even showed me the old parts and explained why I should have replaced the timing belt long ago. Total cost was less than any other quote I received from other auto repair shops in the area. I will definitely be coming back here for any auto repair item I need.

It is very difficult to find a good auto shop, when I move to another state. My friend prefer me to PHARAOH AUTO REPAIR LLC. I come there and I met SAM who is owner. He is very polite, a good mechanic. I tried to bring one car maintenance and need replace a transmision oil v v.,. He did good job, I drove my car very smooth. My family has three cars, if they had problem, I always bring to him. He showed me the parts replaced. The price is reasonable. I never go to another shop. I recommend everyone come with SAM. HA

Both installations were reasonably priced, performed on time, within original cost estimate, and with a high level of professionalism. I have experienced NO problems since installation. Highly recommend this repair shop and will definitely use their services again.

I took one car in to Pharaoh Auto and Sam the owner very professionally and quickly diagnosed and then fixed the issues with my vehicle and had it running smoothly (it was a misconnected electrical wire to the A/C which was causing a short). Then he went above and beyond by waiting with me after he had closed his shop while my wife came late to pick me up. I took my other vehicle in to Pharaoh the next week (late in the afternoon) and he again quickly diagnosed and then fixed the issues by the next day (it was really bad wheel bearings and a belt tensioner previously installed backwards). I appreciated his military discount as well. Highly recommend, and I will be going back for all my auto repair needs.

It's always a challenge to find a reputable and honest mechanic when you move to a new town. I found Pharaoh thru Angie's list after reading reviews & Sam has not disappointed! I have had two vehicles serviced and have been extremely satisfied. The shift linkage on the Camry needed to be re-adjusted and Sam was right on it to get it done. He offered repair tips so I could save money, that's something you don't find these days. I can drop by and Sam always has a great welcoming smile. I would definitely recommend Pharaoh!

It went great, Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable  with everything. Incredibly friendly as well. I got there first thing when they opened and he helped me right away. We kept in touch throughout the time of my car being there as well so I was constantly up to date on the process and there were no surprise fees or issues sprung on my like I've experienced at other places.
