I called AAA Home Services for a second opinion after another company recommended replacing the entire fireplace that was only a few years old. Roland returned my call quickly, switched to FaceTime, and diagnosed the issue with the fireplace over the call. We scheduled the repair, he came out, cleaned the fireplace, made the repair, and now it works better than when it was first installed! Roland saved us hundreds of dollars or more. We will definitely be calling AAA Home Services first from now on

I cannot say enough great things about this company and it's primarily due to their technician Larry. We recently added a large outdoor gas fire pit and a vent free fireplace to our backyard. Will's sent Larry to run the gas lines to both. In addition to doing great work, Larry had a number of suggestions that improved the function and appearance of the fire pit that were well-received by the mason building the pit. Based on the great service he provided, Will's has been my go to plumbing company for all related work. On this particular visit Larry was replacing 2 faulty parts on the fireplace unit. While I don't believe Will's normally does this type of work, Larry was kind enough to complete the work after some troubleshooting and determining the problem was with the unit itself and not the gas line. He spoke with the fireplace company on my behalf when I called in the warranty repair and performed all of their recommended troubleshooting steps before they sent the replacement parts. The valve replacement was not an easy repair (I watched him do it) but the fireplace is working perfectly now. I have also used Will's for an a/c repair and as well as some plumbing work on a broken toilet and their other technicians are all professional and do great work as well. I highly recommend this company

Very well answered call, scheduled timely, showed up on time, friendly, performed service as discussed. Price slightly high, in my opinion, for service performed.

We hired them to do a diagnostic on our gas fireplace that wasn’t turning on. They were able to come out fairly quickly and arrived within their appointment window. The pricing was reasonable. However, the technician was unable to determine the issue with the fireplace after about an hour. He recommended replacing the entire unit. We got a second opinion and the other company was able to diagnose the issue over the phone, make the repair, and save us hundreds of dollars or more

First the good. Eric, the technician was a very personable guy who seemed happy to explain things as he went through the procedure. Even called a few hours after he left to check and see if we had gotten the gas turned back on to the house. The not so good. Appointment was scheduled for 0800. Were told we would get a courtesy call around 0730. Time passed and no call. At 0800 I called the company to see if we were still on the schedule. I was assured that we were and technician running late because he had to go by the office and get some tools. Should be at the house around 0830-0840. He go here at 0920. After verifying the five gas appliances in the house, he checked to make sure the gas supply to each one was turned off. He found the fireplace supply still on and secured it. He then hooked up a bicycle pump at the gas meter and brought the air in the line up to 12psi. He said the pump would need to remain in place at least 30 minutes. After 30 minutes there was no loss of air pressure in the line. We stood around the fireplace talking and my wife reiterated that the strongest gas smell the day before had come in the family room (fireplace location). We looked at the fireplace again and no light bulbs went on. Finally I realized the gas supply to the log set was off and therefore we didn't have an end-to-end test happening. I asked Eric to turn the gas supply to the logs back on and BINGO! You could hear the air hissing as the pressure in the line dropped. Eric did disconnect the log set and re-dope the pipes before reconnecting to see if that's where the problem was. It wasn't where the problem was and appears to be with the gas log set valve which is being replaced. What we find most disturbing is that we spent almost $650 for a guy with a bicycle pump to not find the problem until I pointed out that the gas supply to the logs was off and needed to be turned back on to check the system end-to-end. Something I consider basic troubleshooting whether it's a natural gas system, plumbing system, electrical system, etc. I'm still not clear what the $150+ permit cost was. Grey Forest Utilities turned off the gas to he house. And they sent someone out to turn it back on after it was explained the problem had been found and the gas log supply line secured. Where does a "permit" come in? Especially at that price. We also were asked to complete a hard copy of a review for Angie's List while the plumber waited which was totally inappropriate. We declined saying that we would submit an online review

Great experience with Mr. Plumber, they were very accommodating in scheduling around my work hours. We had not used our gas fireplace since purchasing our home. Troy was diligent in inspecting the system and made sure I was comfortable operating it. Now that we know everything is in good shape we are ready for winter. Will also reach out to this company for bids on upcoming plumbing & gas needs

Workers ran into all kinds of problems, but guys kept at it until they finished. I have an 80 year old house. The work done was excellent and they were very professional. I would definitely recommend them for any job.

Fantastic--these guys are the only thing (and a few others on AngiesList like LarryInspects and J&R Tile) that kept me from really distrusting people and especially tradespeople through our hellish home build. Can't recommend them highly enough. They must have done 20 repairs for us, but most importantly, they took care of us every step of the way. Very good people
