Mr. Rick Carrero, Owner of Kings Grill Tech Services in San Antonio, did a phenomenal job with the refurbishment of our custom smoker, and he thoroughly cleaned our Thermador gas grill as well. This was the second time we hired him to provide grill services for us; because he did such a fantastic job for us several years ago too. Mr. Carrero also took the time to explain how to properly use our custom smoker, as this was the first time we had ever owned one. Throughout the process he was highly professional, straightforward, and encouraging. Moreover, his prices were more than reasonable, and there weren't any surprises. Way overcharged and the fireplace on the pool,deck was never finished. He abandoned the job,when I told him I thought he had overcharged me.

He was timely, thorough, and polite.  He had to order some parts and stayed in touch while we waited for them to arrive.  I was very pleased with his service and will hire him to maintain my grill again.

Rick Carrero came exactly on time and did an outstanding job. He evaluated my grill and suggested exactly what needed to be done to make it safe and serviceable. He thoroughly cleaned the grill, replaced the old gas hose, and tested the unit for functionality on all burners. I am completely satisfied and will recommend him to my neighbors.

Mr Carrero was referred to me by BBQ Galore in San Antonio. I needed him to install a Twin Eagles grill, which he performed perfectly. When he was on site he saw my old grill and offered to clean it. I was able to sell for 200 more than I was expecting with that paying for his service and then some. Two years later he came back to provide service to my grill and I need to say his service again was great. My grill performs like it hasn't done in while. I need to look further no more. He is my guy.

My Sears gas grill was not functioning properly, as flames were not as uniform or strong as needed. After the regulator was replaced and unit cleaned up, everything worked well.

Showed up pretty much right on the time promised. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Worked fast and steady for almost three hours. Cleaned up his work area; so there was nothing left for me to do except to enjoy my "new" grill. I am delighted with Richard's service; will use him in the future for any work on my grill or on my gas fireplace. I will also recommend him to friends and others who have service or cleaning needs with their grills.
