Ed was wonderful to work with. He has a great personality and was insistent and thorough in getting to know us, collaborating, and making sure that all of our wants and needs were met within the realm of plausibility/practicality. It's very evident that he really cares about his customers and the quality of his work. The finished plans are beautiful

  • Luxury Kitchen Bath Express
You get what you pay for! I did not go with the lowest bid and I am so glad. I had a shower put in to replace a tub combo, new flooring & paint and a new toilet. The end result is beautiful and beyond my expectations. As with any construction job there were a couple of bumps along the way, but they were dealt with very quickly. I would highly recommend Kirk and his crew of professionals for your next remodel

  • Luxury Kitchen Bath Express
I absolutely love my new kitchen! Kirk's vision of how to open up the space was spot on and made the kitchen seem so much larger. Their help and advice with design was top notch. The project ran smoothly with no issues and finished on schedule as promised. I would absolutely work with them again.

  • Cederberg Kitchens & Additions Inc
We recently completed a kitchen renovation project with Cederberg that involved demolition and replacement of walk-in pantry and set of built-in wall cabinets. Cederberg designed and facilitated the construction of custom built-in wall cabinets and coordinated with the Appliance Center to ensure timely delivery and installation of our new refrigerator and dishwasher. The design process was straightforward. The team worked hard to find a reasonably priced cabinet manufacturer that could replicate our existing style and wood stain color. The resulting design was incredible in its form and function. Once the work began, the crew completed the demolition in one day. They immediately applied for and got the requisite permits, and kept us informed about what to expect. We are in awe of our beautiful kitchen. The cabinetry is flawless, the appliances look terrific and perform at the highest level of quality, and the team attended to every small detail with thoughtfulness and efficiency

  • Barratt Construction
We are extremely pleased with our decision to hire Barratt. Their experience and professional approach proved effective in managing a very difficult project. We met initially with Peter and David, to discuss our scope, budget and timing. They were very realistic about what could be accomplished and the timing for completion of the project. In addition to their knowledge, we were impressed with their honesty and commitment to excellence. The construction crew was composed almost entirely of Barratt employees, as opposed to subcontractors. Consequently, we became familiar with their staff, who were skilled, polite and worked effectively after arriving promptly every day. We definitely feel that we received exceptional value for our money and are extremely grateful to Barratt for their taking on our project

  • Luxury Living Scapes, Inc.
The design and installation went quickly and smoothly for 90% of the project. Minor finishing details took longer to complete, e.g., installing locks on fence, painting fence, fixing broken timer on lighting system, and correcting faucet leak for irrigation system.

  • Cederberg Kitchens & Additions Inc
Great planning and coordination of the various crews and craftsmen, most of them full-time, long-time employees. The demolition process went quickly with a very careful and thorough prep of the floors and closing off the rest of the house beforehand. About a week's worth of patching and repairing the hidden underside of the kitchen. Plumber in, electrician in, master carpenter in, then all of them back again and again. Every day someone was there working, usually 8:30 to 4, with an hour out for lunch. Very little down time. The cabinets were installed, then the adjusting - lots of details, quarter of an inch here and there - took some time. They are all very proud of their work and it shows. I was very impressed that his staff was with him for so long (5 to 25 years), meaning good boss, good employees = good work. They were all very attentive to my little squawks - some minor details - and worked them out without hassle. My kitchen is great, better than what I'd imagined. On schedule, on budget. They know what they're doing. And I'm talking to Bill now about a bathroom renovation

  • Cederberg Kitchens & Additions Inc
overall the project rates an A+. but most importantly it was the great and highly competent PEOPLE!! bill cederberg is great--very laid-back and soft-spoken, not pushy. very friendly and seems sincere in trying to 100% satisfy the customer. he is also an excellent 'ideas person' and came up with 3 possible designs for us to select from for the kitchen remodel. the project manager and the person on-site to manage things was joe redding. wow, what a great guy--someone you'd want to have as your neighbor or as part of your family for sure. joe was the day-to-day 'go-to' guy. he was genuinely concerned about making sure everything was just as we wanted it. he said many times that if we were not 100% happy he would not be happy. and that's the way joe and bill and the others operated. the master carpenter who had a very big role was 'WG', known as just 'G'. wow--what a talented and experienced craftsman he is! perfection is critical to him and he worked on our house as if it was his house. the project started in mid-feb and a had an approx time estimate of 2- 3 months. they were done on may 12. work went on nearly everyday, and only stopped on a couple of occasions when there was a delay waiting for certain materials to come that took longer than expected. were there any 'glitches' or things that went wrong?--yes, a few minor things, but always either joe or bill was there to handle and correct them right away. they were highly responsive to any concern or inquiry from us. if there were things i'd say that could have been done a bit better they would be: (1) better communication as to when certain things were going to happen to give us more of a chance to protect and cover our personal things / furniture/ clothing, etc, from the great amount of dust that this kind of job generates, (2) a more comprehensive look at the electrical issues before the project began to better assess all the things that had to be done (this was one area where costs ran higher than estimated due to 'surprises' found as the project progressed). if a more comprehensive assessment of the electrical needs had been done before the project ever started there would not have been any expensive 'surprises' for us once the project was underway, (3) better and more specific information on exactly when we had to make certain choices for things such as countertops, tile, sink, paint colors, etc. specific deadlines for each would have helped. but most of these issues were relatively minor and overcome pretty easily. i note them only as constructive suggestions to bill and his team for future projects. overall the finished new kitchen is beautiful and highly functional. we've already had many very positive comments on it and it turned out even better than we could have ever imagined. bill says they offer a 1-year warranty on anything that might go wrong with the work they did, so if anything should happen, i feel we can go back to him for a remedy without any further cost or hassle to us. a job is only as good as the people who do it, and in this case bill cedeberg and his team are gems! Not only are they highly skilled and professional, but they are just plain nice folks to deal with. remodeling is their specialty and primary work and it really shows! this is not a 'slick' , high-powered, 'get-your-business-at any-cost' company. they take pride in what they do, and if our project is any indication, they do it very well. when we decide to start our next home remodel project (bathroom), we will go straight to bill cerderberg with complete confidence and anticipation of another meticulous job! Great work and our sincere thanks Bill, Joe, WG, Mario, Greg, Christina, and company!

  • Design Plus 3 Inc
We feel very fortunate to be working with Bob on our office renovation. He brought a ton of experience to the project, listened carefully to our vision for the space, and worked in a professional and efficient way to create a set of high-quality, detailed construction drawings. He also made himself available for follow-up questions from potential contractors and helped us compare bids. The drawings have already been a huge asset in giving us both the language and the pictures to communicate more effectively with construction professionals, and they have eased the HOA review/approval process. We will be sure to come back and update this review once the build is completed, but Bob's work has proven invaluable! We only wish he were still in the actual construction business to bring his design to life. We highly recommend him
