Malecas and his crew are professional, prompt response, very easy to work with. I delayed my project one year and when contacting Malecas a year later, he treated me like it was the first time I asked him for the estimates. The crew completed the work earlier than what we expected. They cleaned up the space around the pavers, leveled our uneven backyard and neatly stacked our old bricks, when they don't need to do it. Work is superb, love our new patio - will definitely use them again for our next project!

These guys are amazing. First of all, the soil they provided is fabulous - sand, top soil, mushroom soil, and leaf compost. This is perfect for our clay conditions. They not only completed the job, they did extra tasks, like helping me break up soil in a different bed so I could weed it, and turning the compost pile. The men who did this work are friendly, helpful, diligent and know what they are doing. Chad Kellett runs a tight ship!

Osvin is punctual and his team does a nice job on our lawn. They have taken care of our lawn weekly for 3 years. He also mulches and edges for us and it always looks nice and clean. This year he went the extra mile and planted little flowers around our mailbox which was thoughtful. I have found his prices to be comparable to other local lawn services. He communicates best through text which is convenient for us.

I continue to be very impressed with Schumacher for a number of reasons. We initially hired them for paver resanding/maintenance a year ago. Incredible results. They then did our Fall clean up, and now the Spring landscaping, pruning and planting. The quality of work and attention to detail is second to none. Especially thankful to Lee who coordinates our desires into a working plan. We take pride in our home in which we have invested blood sweat and tears now for 27 years. I do not exaggerate by saying Schumacher has made my wife and I feel they care as much about our home as we do.

Pieretti's LandfeaturesGary Pierrtti designed and installed a curved front brick walkway, an L shaped side brick walkway for our new home last fall. We are delighted with his work and have received so many compliments from our neighbors. Gary just completed a major patio installation for us for our sloped backyard. He put in a curved retaining wall that also serves as extra seating around the fire pit also made out of interlocking pavers. As I was completely overwhelmed with decision making from doing a major demolation/remodel of the inside of the house, my husband and I gave Gary freedom to pick colors and design for the patio project. Who does that? Someone who has used Gary for major projects over the last decade and has always been so happy with his eye for design, color and work. The walkways Gary installed 9 years ago in our old house look as good now as they did when he first did the work.
