After I made the appointment, I had to reschedule because of a family emergency, and setting up another day was easy. He inspected the heater and wrapped my water pipes so I'm ready for cold weather. The job seems very thorough, and his price was reasonable. I feel that Matt Derstine is very knowledgeable, as well as polite and professional.
