"I had my appointment with Mr. Harmond W. on May 07, 2022. It was rather easy to set up appointments and the site makes it rather easy to reschedule (which I've had to do). Mr. Harmond W. was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I've read great reviews about his appointments on here. We pinpointed the problem by process of elimination. For my particular model (Whirlpool) he's seen the common water leak issue I was experiencing. Oftentimes, filter housings need to be replaced. Mr. Harmond W. just confirmed my observation and I am glad I may now rectify the issue. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Harmond W. sent me the exact part needed via email . One may shop around at different retailers to purchase the part. Neli also sells appliance OEM parts as well by partnering with other companies. I will be going with another retailer/seller since the price was much lower with a good return policy and a protection plan option as well. For $35, one can't beat that. A diagnostic evaluation alone may range from $150 and up. I was able to pinpoint the problem and order the part. I won't be arranging for an appointment to self-install. One has to know where to draw the line. I will hire someone once I have the part in hand. I already have someone in mind, also referred by Angi. Luckily, I didn't have to do any thing too cumbersome. I gained some handy tools at well. I really liked using the nutdriver vs a screwdriver. So I've added all the necessary tools I need for the appointment to my collection, and they will be handy in the future. Overall this was an optimal experience and I would certainly refer and use Neli in the future. If you are confident in unscrewing/re-screwing, and removing parts of your appliance, I'd say give it a try. NOTE: Also understand that this an all virtual service. An appliance repair professional doesn't not come to your home at no point in time. Neli offers self- diagnostic guidance to determine the issue with your appliances. Neli sends you the part number. You purchase it, and then may opt to make another appointment to install the part. If the task is too difficult, then you may opt to hire an appliance repair professional. It's up to you to decide. "The 2 technicians, Jared and Antwon, were wonderful to work with and did a terrific job in 3-1/2 days. The house is definitely comfortable now with no drafts. It is so difficult to determine whether I am receiving lower energy bills because our weather this winter is freezing and hot all in the same week. I must send out a warning about something I learned the hard way. This website lists "crawlspace encapsulation" under "Services Offered" and that could not be further from the truth. I signed a contract based on the crawlspace encapsulation as an offered service, specifically wanting a new vapor barrier installed. Unfortunately, after the technicians arrived, I was informed that there was no order for a vapor barrier after I had been assured by sales that it does not have to be in the contract and the installation would get done. A couple of days later, the office told me that they have never offered crawlspace encapsulation. I let one of the staff members know that one of the main reasons I hired this company was because crawlspace encapsulation was listed as a service. My main concern continues to be more dust on surfaces in the master bedroom than any other room, so I will need to hire someone to investigate this. I did not get the photos I had requested which was written into the contract, so I actually do not know if the crawlspace is completely covered.

"Had a problem with a brand new LG dryer. Called LG and they assigned this service provider for warranty work. LG scheduled me for Tuesday of the next week. Home Run called on the intervening Saturday and said (with no small amount of exasperation) that LG didn't know his availability and he wouldn't be able to get to me until Wednesday. Little annoying, but not really his fault and fortunately Wednesday was just as good for me. He showed up in the window scheduled and had the issue fixed in no more than 15 minutes. Not the most personable guy, but seemed to know what he was doing.
