Great company and great tech!! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Second time having them fix my appliances, year apart and different issues. Both occasions tech & support staff kept up communications and delivered service as expected. Highly recommend !!

The technician came out and was very nice. Ordered the part that was needed, and was back the next Tuesday…..replaced part, but washer broke during very next use (tech was testing it) needed to order another part….after tech left, Sheila called me saying they had said part, and he could be back to finish the job on Thursday….the tech no showed on that Thursday, and when I called their business phone, there was no answer for 3 hours…..(2-5) These people ignored all of my phone calls the next morning after as well…..even answering and HANGING UP…..!!!! This business is a joke, and I would not ever ever hire them. Save yourself the trouble…!

Came out and did an estimate; were on time. Worked with me on repair within quote window, as I needed to completely empty out the fridge prior to the repair. They also managed to conduct another repair while they were on site, which also helped me out. I really liked that I could simply place the charge on my credit card while they were here and get an emailed receipt.

They came on a Monday to evaluate our whirlpool washer that was making horrific noises. They were able to diagnosis very quickly and a new drum/bearing had to be ordered. We paid for the part and the service call. The part came in quickly and they came back out on Wednesday. They were unable to perform the repair as the nut could not be removed to replace the drum (not their fault.) They did refund price of the part and we had to purchase a new washer. My complaint lies in the fact they charged us another service fee. I feel that two service fees is poor practice when the repair was unable to be completed. I will not use again, I believe it was poor customer service, though I do recognize they do deserve to be compensated for their time.

After arriving more than an hour after the given time frame, it only took them a few minutes to diagnose and fix my problem. They were very informative.

r ofLarry's Appliance Repair was recommended to me by the Maytag Company. I called and Jason, the owner, looked up the model number and told me that he could remove the lid switch and direct wire it so it would not keep cutting off. He was going to be in the area in a couple of hours and was able to come to the house and had it repaired in a matter of a couple of minutes. He was courteous, friendly and very efficient. Also, the price was reasonable. I will definitely call him the next time an appliance breaks.

After being JACKDUP by two several local service providers I asked everyone I know when my Ice maker had a problem. This small family-owned business had personal touch but was VERY professional, fair price, and totally worth every dime it took to do the repair.
LARRY IS THE BEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER USE. I WILL USE HIM AGAIN FOR MY DRYER.

Arrived at the house well within the window of time they were scheduled and were very pleasant and professional. Seemed very knowledgeable and were able to answer several questions I had about my washing machine. Also talked to me about maintenance and another issue I have with my machine that sounds like is an problem with the timer. They called and got some pricing for me on replacing the timer and the hoses on my machine and said if I schedule an appointment with them in the next 7 days, I can save myself the 69.99 service call fee. Overall, very pleased.
