Went above and beyond to make sure the repair was completed, followed up with one additional visit. Completely fixed the problem.

Absolutely perfect from beginning to end. The response from Elite 360 was immediate & they were able to schedule someone the very next day but I was out of town so they scheduled someone as soon as I got back. They gave me a time frame from 11am-3pm. I recieved a text at 11:30 am letting me know the technician Frank was on his way & I was able to track his movement just like uber!! Frank was beyond amazing- I explained the problem & he told me exactly what he was going to & also said he would advise me as to whether the repair would be worth the expense on a used appliance. Ultimately he found that it was just the heating element & he had the part in his truck. He gave me the total cost for parts & labor & I said do it. He had me up & running in less than an hour & saved me from having to go to the laundromat! I will definitely use Elite360 again & you should too!!

10/10 would recommend. Every step of the process from getting a quote to scheduling the service was wonderful and quick! They even offered a sooner service which I appreciated. They were very communicative about when a technician would come out and even send out a heads up text with their location so you can prepare for them. The process took maybe about an hour and ended up saving me money in the long run! Will most definitely use them in the future for any other issues.

He took time to listen to me, had great communication skills and even took the time to say hello to my dog, making us all comfortable with him in our home. I scheduled for a next-day appointment. The technician (Frank) arrived early and got straight to work. He was able to disassemble, diagnose, provide an estimate, repair, reassemble, create an itemized invoice, complete the payment transaction - All in 30 minutes!! The repair was super quick, but professionally handled, not to mention Frank being very courteous. The repair cost was very fair, and I highly recommend their service.
