"It isn't often that you find a company that provides such superb service, but AC Carlson is one of those companies. We've purchased several appliances over the years from them (washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and two microwave ovens). We felt that their prices were fair and they offered a good selection of products. Where they really excel, however, is in their customer service. Earlier this year I accidentally burned up my microwave. (user error) It happened just before Labor Day weekend and I was leaving on Monday for an extended trip. They were great to work with and let me purchase over the telephone and arranged for&nbsp; someone to deliver and install, even with the holiday weekend coming up so that I could handle it before I left. Then at midnight on a Friday night in October I discovered that we had water leaking from our refrigerator all over our kitchen floor. Normally, it wouldn't have been a big deal, but I know that it is difficult to find a repair person willing to come on a Saturday, and again, I was leaving early Monday morning for an overseas trip! I called Saturday morning, not very hopeful that I could get it sorted out before my trip and trying to figure out what my plan B would be, but Dave Carlson was a gem and came out that morning to repair it himself! You couldn't ask for better customer service than that! I can't recommend AC Carlson highly enough! If you need to buy an appliance, I highly recommend you give AC Carlson a call! <br />show more

"Paul Peters and Shane installed a new furnace with a little bit of new ductwork and a new tankless water in my aging house. They were friendly, efficient and kept me up-to-date on what was going on. Their work is superb. The furnace tested well above its rated efficiency. The installations look nice. They explained it all to me as well as writing clear instructions on which way to install the filter. That's something I 100% appreciate. They left the area cleaner than they found it. The company automatically applied for rebates on my behalf. Friendly Michael Cummings came out to fine tune the furnace. He answered the few questions I had. He helped me set up the thermostat app and showed me a feature not mentioned in the handbook. He gave me recommendations on the best way to set up the heating time frames and the fan to optimize comfort while saving money. I highly recommend Air Mechanical. "An overnight power outage caused the main control board in our refrigerator to die. On the recommendation of our neighborhood Facebook page, I called Michael and left a message. He called back within an hour or so, and said he would have likely been able to do a same day repair, if he had the part. Unfortunately, it was a Friday and nobody in town (I called 3 places too) had the board. He had to order it overnight, received it on Monday, and was at our place later that Monday afternoon. (Thankfully the winter weather made our garage the perfect fridge temperature over the weekend.) Michael came to our house that afternoon at the time he promised, and replaced the control board relatively quickly. His labor rate was reasonable, and he did his best to keep floors and everything clean. I would definitely use him again.show more
