Great! Terry and Ramona were very customer service orientated. They were quick to respond, kind, and accommodating. The gentlemen that moved our piano were well versed and took care with it. I would certainly use this company again.

  • MAD CITY MOVING SERVICES

Wonderful! The staff were friendly, fast and patient. They were happy...which makes me feel good about hiring this company assuming they pay and treat their employees well. The Victorian house has a lot of intricate wood work and they were conscious and careful with our stuff and the house. I was impressed with their attitude and professionalism. We will recommend and hire them again in an instant

Very well. The estimator arrived on time and was thorough and professional. In the end we moved some things ourselves in advance, so we came in well under the estimate. The three movers, Lucas, Steven, and ?Barrett, were careful and attentive. The worked steadily and finished in a very reasonable time. Nothing was broken and things were set up well at the new house. This is the second time I have used Mad City and both experiences were very good

It was a pleasant experience if moving can be pleasant. Three movers were sent. The men were respectful, extremely hard working and professional. They arrived right on time and I walked them through the house. I had boxes labeled with the rooms they were to go to in the new house, but still had to pack the kitchen stuff. While I packed the kitchen, they started upstairs and loaded the truck. They covered the carpets and put big stuffed protectors on the front door jams. They worked with hardly a break. Everything was loaded by early afternoon and there was hardly a square foot of room in the truck. We drove to the new house. The men ate lunch in the truck on the way there (I had picked up soda and sandwiches). Then I positioned myself in the kitchen and started unpacking boxes. Again, the crew worked tirelessly. We had a piano and a difficult path to get it into the walkout basement, but they did it! No complaints from the crew--ever. They were fun to work with. I would never have believed a move could go so smoothly. From start to finish, they were professional. They came right in at the quoted price. What a deal

They made quick work moving an upright piano into my home and down stairs into the basement. They made it look easy. Everyone was responsive and professional. They figured out how to do the project efficiently and cost affectively: only three men working at my home and two men needed to get the piano from the store (vs 3 men the whole time). I would work with them again

We have used Capital Cartage twice for and quot;localand quot; moving--once from Madison to Lake Mills, making two trips spaced apart so that we could settle the first part before the second arrived. They were on time, efficient, and helpful. They moved furniture, boxes, and our spinnet piano. Nothing was broken. A couple things got scratched, but not distressingly. Whole move came in almost $500 under the bid, at about $2800 for the two moves. Then, last May we moved back, but moved most of our possessions into storage in Lake mills. We used them only one day, moving part of a truck load to storage, then moving the rest to Madison. Again, good service for money, good care, cheerful and efficient work. We like the company. Cost was about $1500

I called and spoke to someone about cost estimates and received specific information on the phone. Two young men arrived promptly on the day scheduled. They were polite, friendly and professional. They carefully moved a large television armoire, and a 39and quot; TV to the walk-out basement sunroom. Then they moved a heavy recumbent exercise bike from the 2nd floor, down 2 flights of stairs to the same sunroom. The stairs have a 90and deg; turn about halfway down. Everything was moved carefully and no damage was done to the furniture or the walls or staircase during the move. I highly recommend this company for your needs. The reason my review is 2 years following the service is that when I entered my first review at the time of service the text was deleted and I did not have time to re-enter the information. I am going to hire them again to do some more moving soon

John and his crew arrived early. They quickly and carefully moved our Yamaha upright piano from the first floor of our house to their truck. They drove directly to our daughter's home where they moved the piano up narrow stairs to the upper level of the home. They protected both the piano and the finishes in both houses during the move

Farley's was extremely professional and punctual and careful with my piano. The price was high, but it was worth the service received. I would use them again.
