Farley's was extremely professional and punctual and careful with my piano. The price was high, but it was worth the service received. I would use them again.

The technician did a good job. It was a little more expensive than other options but I decided to go with a company that has a good reputation in the piano business.

Professional service from the very first phone call. Farley's piano mover was prompt to return telephone calls and asked specific questions to be able to give me a fast and accurate quote. Two men arrived to the home in Middleton on time and had the piano into the truck in a very professional and short amount of time, and delivered the piano up 10 steps and into the home in Madison. They carried appropriate equipment inside their truck and took extra precautions to prevent any damage to the piano and to the property inside and outside both homes. I cannot imagine any piano movers more professional and efficient!

Movers were great. Easy to get a hold of and were even able to squeeze in our move on short notice. Very professional and careful with piano. Would highly recommend them for moving services. Also had best price of all the movers I called.

Tad was great. He was able to fit my move in the next day after I called. He and Eric showed up on time and were able to move the piano to my house in under an hour. Very professional and courteous. They were the least expensive of all the movers I called. I liked that they charged a flat fee and not on a per hour basis. Would highly recommend them!!

They were timely in providing an estimate and scheduling the move. The movers were punctual and very professional. This was an in-city move, and they were very quick to pack up the piano, load it, transport it, and unload it. They were very helpful in making sure it was properly positioned before they left. I will use them again if I have to move my piano.

Bill B. came to my home within one day of request. He was very professional. He understood my request for modification of the key action, tuned, regulated and cleaned my Knabe within two hour time frame I had available. I am very satisfied and will call him from now on.

I submitted an online request for an appointment. I received a call back within 2 hours to schedule an appointment. They were very flexible with their appointment times. I also explained to them that I had inherited an older piano and they were able to answer my questions as it related to any additional work that might need to get done.
A tuner came out and was on time. He spent a great deal of time really working on our piano and explaining to my husband all of the work he was doing. He found a couple additional items (key pads) that he thought should be repaired, but quoted us a cost prior to starting that work. He also went above and beyond and dusted and cleaned the piano keys. Since it had been in storage for a while it was a little dusty. I could tell he really loved what he was doing and took great care in his work.
Our piano sounds wonderful and I can't wait for our kids to start their lessons.

I initially used the online reservation service at Farley's House of Pianos but they never called back to make the actual date. So I had to call back a few days later. Once that was done a tuner came about 5 days later. and the service was good.

Emailed for an appointment to have my piano tuned. Received a call within a few hours to set an appointment. Lots of flexibility with scheduling. Fellow showed up promptly, was quite professional and did a superb job tuning our piano. Cost was less than I expected. Will definitely use again.

I inherited a piano that hadn't been tuned since the 70's. They tuned it up, discovered a crack in the frame, so tunes it down half a step. The tuner was knowledgeable and efficient. I was quoted about $95, he had somethings he found that needed fixing, he asked about them before he did it, and it came out to $125.
