As we went room to room measuring windows and assessing which film type would be best, it was clear he was expertly informed about his company's products. He did not rush his visit or push services on us. After we finished assessing all the rooms, he printed out an estimate on the spot (wireless bluetooth printer...nice touch) and showed us samples. Included in the estimate was our expected tax break for installing the window films. After that, no aggressive selling or forcing us to schedule installation right away. We didn't get the film installation immediately, waiting instead to take care of other home improvements first. When the spring comes back around, we'll not hesitate in having XLNT TINT do the honors. They're customer service has been excellent, and I've heard nothing but good things about their actual installation. I'll be sure to update then
- Los Angeles Glass CoI called them for an estimate. it was too high for me as the project was not urgent. A week or so later they called me and made a proposal I could afford. The project went well overall.
- Sunset Glass CoOur bedroom window needed a repair and we decided to have the glass and balances (those cords with counter-weights) replaced on all 3 bedroom windows at the same time. Ceasar and his his helper arrived on time and set to work. Ceasar ensured us that after finishing their work, our old windows would work like new and glide effortlessly. As Ceasar explained the work they needed to perform, it became apparent that he really knew his way around older home window repairs. As it turned out, there was many more layers of paint than was obvious upon first inspection - the windows were stuck and 'frozen' with years of paint. Ceasar advised that in order to make the windows open and shut smoothly he would need to sand off the old layers of paint and asked our permission before doing so. He and his assistant worked hard removing/sanding all the old paint. Ceasar really came through with his promise about how easily our new windows would open and shut. He even gave some after-care tips. Ceasar turned out to be a rare find these days, his workmanship was outstanding; his enthusiasm about working on the older home was refreshing. I will recommend his work to family, friends and neighbors

Jeremy was our installer and, as other reviews state, he is fantastic and a skilled professional. We researched window-security options for nearly a year and realized there were many options and the project would be expensive. It was intimidating. However, once we settled on Majestec Premium Security Screens we were convinced we made the right choice. We liked the fact that they are a licensed contractor and a local business (Redondo Beach) that we could support. Communication was fantastic. We knew what to expect throughout the process beginning with our initial conversation with Beth. She stated that the technician who initially met with us and took measurements would also be the installer. That was reassuring. Everything we were told would happen, happened. Jeremy even ran into an issue on the morning of the installation; but contacted us to explain and gave an estimated time that he would arrive. He arrived when promised. Even with the slight delay, he finished the installation in only a few hours! We were very impressed. The screens are beautiful! They look like standard insect screens. My friends and neighbors had no idea they were security screens. They are definitely "invisible" when looking out; however offer privacy when looking in. Most are fixed screens. A few are escape screens that provide a fast and easy exit for our bedrooms in the event of an emergency; yet feel solid and secure when closed. We HIGHLY recommend Majestec Premium Security Screens. Honesty, integrity, great service and a fantastic 10-year warranty. We couldn't ask for more
