FRY'S ELECTRONICS

The store is OK for a big box store, the prices are good, and I was very impressed with my installers. There names were David and Jay. They did an excellent job, were patient and professional. David set up things on my computer and cell phone and explained briefly how it worked.

Sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. Different options were presented to me and I was able make a selection that best met my needs.

I ordered the TV online and went to Fry's Electronics to pick it up and it took me forever to pick it up. They couldn't find the TV but other than that, it was a good deal. I didn't go there because I knew it would be fast; I went there because it would be cheap.

They don't have a lot of sales associates, so I have to wait to get them. It is a cheap place, so that is what I expect. I think the prices are very good. Sometimes, I have to bring parts back that don't work. They are very good at returns. They just give me my money back.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB INSTALLING THE HOME ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM AND HAD NO PROBLEMS DOING SO. THEY CAME IN ON THE DAY PROMISED AND QUICKLY INSTALLED ALL OF THE NECESSARY COMPONENTS.

SOME OF THE THINGS THEY TOLD ME IN THE BEGINNING AND THEN I NEEDED IT LATER. THEY DIDN'T FOLLOW THROUGH, SO I WAS KIND OF DISAPPOINTED. IT WAS ONE OF THE REASONS WHY I PURCHASED FROM THEM, BUT THEY DIDN'T HOLD UP THEIR END. I'VE HAD TO TAKE IT IN THREE TIMES FOR THE HARD DRIVE. I TRUSTED THEIR OPINION, AND I'VE HAD A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH IT. THEY BUILT IT THEMSELVES SO IT WAS THEIR BRAND. IF I HAD TO DO IT OVER AGAIN, I WOULD'VE BOUGHT ONE MORE LOCALLY.

IT WAS GOOD. THE WORKERS WERE NICE. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL, AND EAGER TO HELP. THEY DID GOOD QUALITY OF WORK.

THE SALE'S PERSON AS WELL AS THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL WERE GREAT. THEY MADE THE REPAIRS NEEDED. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS THAT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT DID NOT REPAIR THE COMPUTER IN THE TIME FRAME THAT WAS COMMITTED. THEY WERE VERY APOLOGETIC WITH THEY ERROR.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH FRY'S WAS GOOD. IT IS A VERY BUSY STORE SO YOU DO HAVE TO WAIT AROUND FOR A VERY LONG TIME. THE LINES GET VERY LONG AND THE TECHNICIANS TAKE A LONG TIME WITH THE CUSTOMERS, BUT WHEN IT IS YOUR TURN THEY DO GIVE YOU THE SAME COURTESY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GOOD, AND THEY HAVE A GOOD TURNAROUND TIME TO PICK UP YOUR SERVICED COMPUTER.

BECAUSE OF THE WARRANTY, FRY'S PROVIDED A REPLACEMENT PRINTER WHILE OUR PRINTER WAS BEING REPAIRED.

THE GUY THAT HELPED ME OUT WAS A REAL NICE PERSON. THEY HELPED ME GET EVERYTHING REAL CHEAP AND THEY DID THE BEST THEY COULD DO.
