We used Fairless Homes to remodel our home over a two-year period. We started with removing the prefab tub and shower. The result was so nice it made everything else look shabby and dated. We followed with other major projects like the kitchen and all the flooring. We just finished the master bathroom. We removed a wall in order to make the shower larger and replaced the vanity with custom cabinetry and quartz countertops. A new wall was designed going into the bathroom with a pocket door for privacy. The result is a bright, clean and modern look that we are thrilled with. Each project was finished on time with minimal disruption to us. The owners RJ and Donna were so nice to work with. This is a company that still believes in doing quality work for a fair price. They believe in treating the clients with honesty and integrity. I highly recommend Fairless Homes for any remodeling project big or small.

I have only had them on for a few days but the install went great. They were professional and cleaned up after. The one person that came inside my house was fantastic. Wearing a mask and then after installed he went over how they work and the different ways I could use them. I will do another review after I have had them in a bit but from the installers it was all good and they kept telling me to please call if I have any issues or questions.. Even the owner was out on this installation its a family biz and it shows how they are a great family.

Amazing quality of work!! They actually used 45 degree cuts on corners that I not seen in any of the 5 previous bathroom remodels. They laid down plastic from the upstairs master bath down the stairs and out front door. The cleanup afterwards was great. I did not even have to vacuum the home. I would hire again in a heartbeat.

SIN 2 SON CONTRACTINGAfter getting a couple of estimates, Sin 2 Son Contracting had the best reviews for the best price. On their initial visit, father and son owners quoted me $1000 for materials and labor.......well-anchored, translucent panels on a 20X10 structure with a scalloped edge on one side. Additionally, they angled the panels for rain drainage. On the hottest day of the year, thus far, Robbie and Joseph worked hard, fast, and efficiently to install the covering.......including moving wiring from a flood light to the “future location”of a fan. Spur of the moment, I decided I wanted the fan NOW and the guys agreed to install it if I made a quick run to Home Depot and returned with the fan before they finished their construction and clean up. I knew I was asking a lot, and was very impressed with their willingness to take on the added dimension to the project......with absolutely no push-back or hesitancy. As afternoon temperatures rose, Robbie and Joseph installed the fan, cleaned up, and left me as a very happy and satisfied customer. Going above and beyond, and doing quality work, prompts this 5 Star recommendation. Next time I need any type of construction, I will definitely contact Sin 2 Son Contracting.- Linda M.

Tiburon ConstructionThe project was completed in the time frame originally given, even though I made changes as the work progressed. The quality of the workmanship was excellent - surpassing what I expected. The attention to the smallest detail proved to me that this companytook pride in the work they did. Everyone involved in the construction was courteous and took the time to go over every question Ihad, from start to finish. Tiburon ConstructionWe have had contract work done around the house before, but none have done as exceptional a job as Tiburon Construction. They were organized in their planning and professional in execution. We knew when they would be there and what specifically they would be working on and they were always amenable to our ad hoc suggestions or late requests. In our case a simple garage upgrade transformed into some interior remodeling as we began thinking out-loud about what we wanted, which they began right away. The workers themselves were genuinely nice people who were easy to talk to and respectful. We have had workers from other companies leave a mess of the work site and throw their trash wherever they pleased, so it was nice to work with people who were mindful of being in someone?s home. The quality of the work surpassed our own expectations to be quite honest and we are very happy with what they have done. NEVADA ROLLING SHUTTER & WINDOW COVERINGSIt's worked fine. I've never had to call them out in 4 or 5 years that it's been in. This shutter was double garage size length. They were very responsive, and did a good job, and I was satisfied with them. To me the price was competitive. I also brought another company and they were within the same range in price. I just liked the people better at Nevada so I brought them in. Quality is an A. I have never had any problems with the shutter for the 4 or 5 years that it's been in. When I was dealing with them and stuff they were good, they were here on time, they did what they said they were going to do. Their professionalism is an A.- Randy B.

They would explain what they were doing. They were very neat. They just were wonderful. It was one of the finest jobs I have had done. Initially, they showed me their product and a couple of other products so I could compare and see which one I preferred. I knew what I was buying. They were spotless. I think it took them two visits to complete the job, because I had it done in sections for financial reasons. So, they came twice and each time the finished the job.
