"I was having my kitchen remodeled. The day of install, the installer removed the old backsplash and was about to place the quartz on the damaged wall. I told them to stop and repair the damage wall. One of the guys told me that they don’t do repairs. I was in distress that I reached out to Angie’s list and found Premier Design. I called and Nick answered, he told me that he could get one of their best workers to fix the wall the next day on a Saturday. The next day, I met the Co-owner Pedro who was very professional and answered any questions that I may have about my contract. The drywaller finished the repair in a few hours. It looked beautiful. I was so pleased with the work."

"Nothing happened. Micheal came out and said that they’d need to get an engineer to look at it and advise the best way to repair the damage to the foundation. After I followed up twice, he called me back and advised the price for the engineer’s services. I agreed to the price and asked him to schedule the visit. After I made three additional follow up calls with no response I gave up. I wouldn’t have had a problem if they told me they didn’t want to work on the job. I could have found someone else who would. The way it was handled left me in the lurch for about six weeks. Perhaps other folks have had good luck with this firm, but I certainly didn’t."
