NEVADA ROLLING SHUTTER & WINDOW COVERINGS

I have only had them on for a few days but the install went great. They were professional and cleaned up after. The one person that came inside my house was fantastic. Wearing a mask and then after installed he went over how they work and the different ways I could use them. I will do another review after I have had them in a bit but from the installers it was all good and they kept telling me to please call if I have any issues or questions.. Even the owner was out on this installation its a family biz and it shows how they are a great family.

We had Nevada Rolling Shutter out for a quote on our back sliding door. The salesman Scott was very professional and knowledgeable. I have always heard great things about this company so we went with them. We are very happy with the shutter and plan on ordering 4 more this Spring.

Very smooth.  Professionally done in just a matter of hours after starting.  Well pleased.

My house has a wide motorized MaestroShield rolling shutter that was installed about 2.5 years ago.  The shutters have two plastic pieces that guide the shutter into the left and right channels. Both plastic guides snapped off back in October and I reached out to the original installer (Olsen Iron) to come fix/replace the broken pieces.  After 4 months of calls and emails I finally get replacement guides (from the manufacturer) without instructions on how to get the broken pieces out and the new ones in.  Olson Iron wouldn't send anyone out to do the repair.
I saw a billboard for Nevada Rolling Shutter and thought they might be able to help.  When I called, I talked to a real person (not an answering service) and schedlued a time for them to come out.  Two guys arrived within the two hour window we arranged and they quickly assessed the situation and offered two options to correct it.  After about 45 minutes the shutter was working properly again. They didn't land eave behind any debris.
They also looked at the other rolling shutters on the property and gave me some cautions about the ill-advised electrical work that was done during the original installation as well as the insufficiant supports on one.
I'm very pleased with the outcome.

They are a family-run business. They work in their own plant and don't charge as much other companies. I am happy with their work and would definitely recommend them.

This was an easy execution due to Nevada Rolling Shutters thoroughness and detail approach to the installation.  Nothing was omitted.  Flawless.

They're excellent but they're very expensive and I think because the cost is high. They have years of experience and so they know what they were doing. They're reliable and they show up on time. They did a good job and they're very competent. They gave us privacy and made the place well. If they have light shutters then I would recommend them.

I have wanted rolling shutters on my house for many years now and I finally was able to do so.  For those that are just looking into this product...they are awesome.  They block out light and sound, add a substantial layer of security to my household, insulate from the heat and cold fairly well, effectively lowering my heating and cooling bills, not a huge amount but I do notice a difference.
I submitted requests to the 2 biggest rolling shutter companies in Las Vegas of which Nevada Rolling Shutter is one.  Nevada Rolling Shutter sent a salesman out to meet me at my residence.  He was very professional and explained all of the features and advantages of their product.  NRS shutters are actually manufactured in Germany, unlike their competitor.   Rolling shutters are installed everywhere in Germany and this is where I first experienced them and decided that I would get them someday. 
The other company would come to my home and asked me to measure my own windows and email the information.  The NRS rep actually measured my windows for me when he came to give me his quote, so I just emailed these measurements to the other company.  They emailed me back a quote several thousand more than NRS.
Needless to say, I hired Nevada Rolling Shutter to install shutters on my house.  12 shutters total.
I took a few months for them to build my shutters.  They told me up front that they are extremely busy and each individual shutter is custom built of parts imported from Germany.  It's quite a process, as i understand it.
When installation day finally arrived, Logan and his crew showed up right on time.  They worked furiously fast and smoothly.  They had all of my shutters installed in hours and they looked great.  This is a fast, hard working, talented group of professionals.  Logan programmed the remotes for the powered shutters and explained everything to me clearly.  I needed to contact Logan after the install with questions and he was always available to help me.  NRS is a family run company and they take their work, product and customer satisfaction very seriously. 
The shutters have been on our house for 2 years now and they still look great and function perfectly.
I couldn't be happier with the product and the installation.  These shutters have definitely increased the quality of our lifestyle.

They were wonderful. They were very professional. They came on the button; they were always on time. Any requisition I had, they would fulfill it. They would explain what they were doing. They were very neat. They just were wonderful. It was one of the finest jobs I have had done. Initially, they showed me their product and a couple of other products so I could compare and see which one I preferred. I knew what I was buying. They were spotless. I think it took them two visits to complete the job, because I had it done in sections for financial reasons. So, they came twice and each time the finished the job. They are a little bit expensive.

The best, from beginning to end.  I worked with the president himself.  They are very trustworthy.  I felt so at ease with them in my house.  They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

I would use their services again in the future.

They were extremely professional from start to finish. They were polite and on time. They didn't lie to me about what they were selling because I had a bad situation with a competitor of theirs. When they said things were going to be installed they were and it was great installation work. Everything was perfect and I actually referred them to some friends of mine in which I don't do unless the company is top notch. It's an expensive product, but you have to bite the bullet if you want it.

Dealing with Nevada Rolling Shutters was wonderful.  I had three Rolladens that needed repair because of shoddy work done by a different vendor.  They were punctual, thorough and professional.  They left their work area neat and clean.   Their repair was less than the previous vendor and done better.  It was easy to see how the previous company had taken short cuts.  I will be calling Nevada Rolling Shutters for an estimate at my new house.  Great Company!

When we needed a repair, they came free of charge. They did the repair. I think it was on my wife's window which was on the front. It was a bigger shutter so it was a lot harder. They kind of said that she did the wrong thing, but they would fix it for free anyway. Then they showed us how to do it correctly. Then of course the neighborhood watch patrol went 24 hours. They used to stop at 11. Now they go 24 hours a day in marked vehicles and they even have bicycles on the back in case they don't want to be seen. They follow somebody who might be suspicious and they never approach anybody themselves, but they do call the police when needed. Since it has gone 24 hours, we really haven't had the scale of robberies that we had back then. I would say it is down to maybe 10 or 20 percent of what it used to be. If you were looking at a house and saw rolling shutters, saw an ADT sign outside and they see the house next store that has none of that. Which one are they going to try to rob? So it is appearances. We haven't had any problems since.

Their price was good. I give them all a's.
