Exceeded my expectations. I have had them do major re-pipe job and this was a minor repair compared to above but they arrive on time, are excellent at communications and safety (they send a photo of your repairperson so you know who is coming) very personable, yet get the job done so professionally and efficiently. I will NOT use a different plumbing or HVAC company unless these guys change. Can't say enough good things about the

The T&P valve failed on our water heater on New Year's Eve, and Aaron was out to fix it in 45 minutes. He did a great job, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg despite the holiday visit. I'm now looking around for more projects for these guys to do, I'm very pleased.

  • Hope Plumbing

Tech tested water pressure at house and offered a same day instation of a water pressure booster for the entire house basically doubling our water pressure. Offered financing with no interest.

  • Service Plus Heating Cooling Plumbing

Both experiences were fantastic. Grant was extremely personable and helpful during our AC tune up (gave me tips on how to upkeep and maintain the life on the unit). Dave was very knowledgeable around our plumbing, explained how to handle hard water, and gave me detailed insight into our system and what would cause future problems. He gave many options around how to deal with hard water. Not once did it seem like I was being pressured in a sales pitch. I signed up for the annual plan and look forward to working with those two gentlemen again

When the pro arrived, it didn't take very long for them to diagnose the issue and arrive at a solution. While they were unable to be certain as to the cause, their fix should help in stopping future drainage into my basement. I'm glad to have the issue resolved and am happy with the service I received

  • All Phase Group Inc

Flawlessly, given the supply line problems. The wine room is beautiful and was custom designed to fit an irregularly shaped room. All Phase installed a fan, a cooktop, an oven and a dishwasher to upgrade a butler's pantry to a fully functional ancillary kitchen. The existing backsplash and countertop were re-used and the whole project looks as though it is original to the home

  • Hope Plumbing

Called Hope Plumbing for a leaking sink that the technician (Jarrod) ruled was likely due to hard water buildup. I has assumed this and mentioned we were having an issue with our Softener backing up into the basement. Even though I didn't call them to work on the Softener Jarrod quickly determined a fix for the softener flooding our basement and said a simple Air Gap drain would help prevent it from backing up. He quickly put together a quote that was reasonably priced and within a few hours fixed an issue that had been plaguing us for months. The service was fantastic and I highly recommend joining their membership program for some great benefits

Plumbing FAQ

  1. How much does a plumber cost?

Answer: The cost of a plumber ranges from $175 to $480, with a national average of $330. However, the price will vary depending on job complexity, timing, location, supplies and materials, permits, and level of expertise. These costs typically include toilet repairs, faucet installations, and leaky pipes. In addition to the service call, you may also need to budget for haul-away and trip fees often required during more complicated jobs. Ask your local plumbing contractor about these fees before hiring them.

  2. How much does a plumber charge to replace a toilet?

Answer: On average, you can expect to pay your local plumbing contractor between $125 and $230 to replace an old toilet, with most residential homeowners paying around $150 to $180 for professional installation. You’ll need to consider materials and labor when calculating a final price. Not all toilets are equal. Depending on the brand you choose and the features you want, a new toilet might run you anywhere from $100 to $1,300. Add in the price of labor and installation, and your total project can jump up to $200 and $1,500.

  3. How much does a plumber cost to fix a toilet?

Answer: According to our service providers, it costs roughly $75 to $200 on average to have your toilet repaired. However, this price will vary depending on the complexity of the job and the materials needed for the fix. Repairs can be messy and less-than-pleasant to address, but having a functioning toilet is most definitely necessary. If you’re experiencing problems with your toilet, contact a local, reputable plumbing contractor right away, as avoiding repairs can lead to bigger—and more expensive—issues over time.

  4. Is liquid plumber safe for septic systems?

Answer: Good news! Liquid-Plumr® is safe for septic systems. Most drain cleaners disrupt the pH in your septic tank, which prevents the good bacteria from breaking down septic waste. The chemical make-up in Liquid-Plumr® works with the bacteria to break down waste quickly without harming your septic system. Still, it’s best to confirm with your local plumbing provider if Liquid-Plumr® is the right solution for your system.

  5. How much is it for a plumber to unclog a toilet?

Answer: Even the most well-maintained toilets experience clogs. It’ll cost you an average of $200 to $700 to unclog your toilet. Severe clogs will require a more comprehensive repair method, so check with your local plumbing contractor to determine the best approach for unclogging your toilet.

  6. Is Liquid-Plumr®, or any other liquid drain cleaner, safe for septic systems?

Answer: Yes and no. Liquid-Plumr® and other drain cleaners are most effective when used sparingly (one to three times a year). Repeated use of liquid plumber on drains could deteriorate your pipes and cause more damage. If your pipes clog frequently, put down the liquid plumber and call your local plumbing contractor immediately.
