THEY OVERSAW THE UPKEEP OF THE PROPERTY WHILE IT WAS LISTED FOR SALE AND KEPT ME INFORMED REGULARLY OF ANY PROBLEMS.     I called the claims service and they authorized the work with no questions asked. They gave me the name and number of A Affordable Appliance Repair. The call to the claims service took approximately two minutes. The yearly cost for the basic warranty is $335 with a $75 deductible. You can judge for yourself if this price is reasonable

    Unfortunately, I cannot remember the exact date of service. However, I had a great experience with CP. I thought my furnace had gave out on me. Before calling CP, I had at least 5 company come in to give me a quote. They all said it needed to be replaced. The last company that came out noticed that a wire was disconnected. Hmmm... Who might have done that? Well, after he connected it, the next day the furnace started working again. Well, it stopped once again. I called CP to have them send a technician. They quickly provided me with two different companies to choose from. I tried one of them but never received a phone call back. I then called the second and they immediately offered me date of service that worked best for my schedule. The quality of service received from that company was A+. The tech needed some assistance from CP to verify authorization, check on coverage of a part, and other information. I over heard the person from CP asking the tech if he had checked a particular area of the furnace and he had not. This actually helped me saved thousands of dollars. Needless to say, my furnace is working

    If I had not had HSA's coverage available my husband and I would not have been able to purchase our home. The house was built in 1929 and many of the appliances were older and not all the plumbing and electrical lines had been updated. In the first year, I would have to say HSA saved us about $2000.00 in replacement and repair costs. I just renewed I coverage and plan to keep renewing. They used great companies and their CSR's are always helpful and polite. They rock

    We had an incident during the time our movers were in the house. Water started leaking through ceiling from an attic air conditioning unit. Our warranty place was distant from us. So we needed some where closer, so we found them. We have had things that need work like our heating and cooling system or sum pump or various other things around the house. Sometimes we were under the gun and the sum pump failed when it was raining a lot and the water level was high. They always seem to come through. They have a network of contractors that work with them. So you can't just bring in any contractor, you have to go through them

    The HSA warranty was purchased for us by the seller of our home, we had only been in the home since June 9th when we filed our first claim. On Wednesday July 13th at around 4pm I used their online claim service to report our broken air conditioner, it was one of the hottest days of the year. It automatically assigned us an HVAC company and said we should expect a call within 2 hours and if not we should call the company. It also said that if it was near the end of the work day we may not receive a call until the next morning. The guy from the company called us at around 8:30pm. He said he had just checked his voicemail and apologized for not returning the call sooner. He said he could come the next day if someone would be home to let him in the house. He came the next day (he was not just on time, but actually early!) and fixed the problem - we just needed a freon fill-up. He also cleaned out the air conditioner for us. We paid him the $75 visit fee that is standard for an HSA visit. A week later I received an email from HSA which says that our claim for the air conditioner repair is approved and we do not have to pay anything on top of the $75 we already paid. We could not be happier with the home warranty! Every step of the process was easy and the contractor they chose was great

    After a weekend of troubleshooting a broken doorbell, I realized the sump pump was on same circuit as doorbell, and it was tripping the circuit breaker. This was my second claim with HSA, and while the first one was a complete disaster of failed communication, I decided to initiate the claim via their web site instead of dealing with people who couldn't communicate. The difference was like night and day. I submitted the request, and saw the information of the service company who would be calling me. They called, we set up an appointment, and he took care of it. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. I give them straight A's for this event, but this was 1 of 3 claims that went as expected. I'm on #3 right now, and if they only had my first experience to go by, claim #3 would be par for the course. This claim (#2 - sump pump) was an incredible experience, and it's only fair to give them their kudos for this experience
