SAID NEEDS A BACKHOW AND CLEANOUT AND WILL NOT COVER WITH WARRANTY/ IS VERY UNCOOPERATIVE AND WILL NOT ALLOW HOMEOWNER TO HAVE ANOTHER PLUMBER SAID THE HOMEOWNER IS OUT OF LUCK AND WILL NOT ALLOW MEMBER TO USE HIS OWN COMPANY/ WILL NOT ALLOW MEMBER TO TALK TO SUPERVISOR/IS VERY UNCOOPERATIVE/
