To include honest and accurate pricing ( i did my research after), to say I felt comfortable moving forward is a surety. Ruban came in on time and was diligent in all expectations moving through the remodel. New flooring, sub floor, tile, drywall, paint, a luxurious island, new plumbing installed, new lighting, cabinets.... everything, and I tell you, worth every penny. I am so glad I found CSI, I appreciate y'all so much. It's no wonder Mr. Whitmoyer and his company have been around almost as long I have LOL. "Outstanding Home Improvement Company ever TOM PHELPS AND SONS CONSTRUCTION 317-502-0196 OMG! The best company I have ever used ever! I had 16,000 dollars (amt estimated by insurance) in water damage to my condo due to a neighbor's leaking washer. I obtained estimates from several different businesses that I found on Angie's List. Tom and his son and the rest of his team that have worked together for years did an outstanding job putting my condo together. They had to remove and install new Luxury Vinyl Planks, replace all baseboards, paint and caulk, trim. I added additional projects: Installed quartz countertop in kitchen; purchased new appliances that Tom and his team installed, removed old backsplash and installed new ceramic tiles. Incredibly knowledgeable, honest, worked daily and did an excellent job with the daily clean-up at the end of the day. Tom found for me the least expensive source for the quartz. As they worked, I added additional cosmetic needs through-out my condo that they repaired. There was no limit to what they were able to do and do it well. By the end of the job, I felt like they were my family! Finally his charges allowed me to do all the extra's. His pricing was too good to be true. Please think of him when you need any work done!"

One guy came out here gave us an estimate we never heard from him again......called ANGI several times put on hold and left on hold for hours. I finally got hold of a rep and he said he would cancel my subscription as I am not pleased with ANGI as a company. I was told I could cancel anytime but that is a lie!!!!
