From start to finish our experience with Hoosier Closets was great! We purchased a new home under construction with Lennar in Zionsville, IN. Tara the consultant discussed options with me via phone and then met me on site to review products and options again. We finalized details over a virtual call. They were booked out so it took a bit to get on the schedule but that was prompt and easy after our initial deposit was paid via Zelle. On the day of installation the 2 men that came to install were on time and courteous. Since it was raining they set up their construction area in the garage, but cleaned up everything at the end. Installation was fast and we were both very pleased with our results!

Working with Ron at Hoosier Closets was a breeze. I had consulted 2 other companies -- one was a low-cost option provided by our home builder and the other was a well-known vendor we had used in years past. Neither provided the attentiveness that Hoosier Closets did. They were responsive, did quality work, provided great options/ideas and were fairly priced.

Ryan Orban did a wonderful job. He called in before he came, he was dressed appropriately, arrived on time, pleasant, did a great job. He measured accurately and cleaned up after himself, he was very efficient. Highly recommended.

I had trouble convincing myself it was okay to spend that much money on the closets and entertainment center, but now that we have them, I absolutely love them! I feel like I am finally getting organized. Ron did not push to do the things that increased the cost of our closets (like the color we chose), but clearly explained the options. I thought the installation would take a lot of time and create a lot of mess, but instead they came in and got it done quickly with very little mess. I think this was money well spent!

We had a small walk-in closet and laundry room remodel job that we never thought a company like Hoosier Closets would consider large enough to meet with us and create a design for both. We were wrong. They not only created designs for the closet and laundry room, they came to our house on multiple occasions to answer all our questions. We had them complete the work and I can say we are very pleased with not only the product they used but also with the design process and the staff that actually did the install. Everyone was very professional and easy to work with. We would highly recommend Hoosier Closets for not only larger jobs but also smaller ones like we had completed. Ask for Ron to do your design and Ryan to manage the install. They both were outstanding to work with.

Superb job by the group. This is the third house we have used Hoosier Closets. Fair pricing, very responsive, great quality workmanship. This project was a new house, with multiple closets and the master closet, a pantry, a murphy bed in one bedroom, and a garage setup. The whole job was done in a week. Superb work. I can't say enough good things about Hoosier Closets.

Hoosier Closets is a well-run and professional small business, even after the recent transition of owners. This master bedroom closet installation was the third project we've had them work on and I really enjoy the level of responsiveness and service in their business. We approximately doubled the size of a small closet in the master bedroom and they were able to reuse a portion of the material from the original closet system. The process for the quote was easy and efficient - they scheduled and completed the work within 10 days of the quote. I will definitely use Hoosier Closets again.

Skip Spetter, came to our house talked over or closet needs, wants and desires with us and, based upon what we told him, was able to on the spot give us computer designed options and prices. He left and gave us time to think about our options and costs. We called him back and discussed a few changed parameters which he reworked and emailed to us. After several similar contacts, he came up with revised plans that pleased us and we gave him the go ahead. It was all very professionally handled and we really appreciated his patience and lack of high pressure salesmanship. . Dealing with Skip was like dealing with a friend, not some cold design and sales person. An install date was set and when the day arrived, Ryan, the installer showed up on time and he and his assistant worked diligently and efficiently. Their skill and professionalism was impressive. In addition, they were very friendly and accomodating. All in all, dealing with Hoosier Closets was a very pleasant experience from our initial call to Carolyn, one of the owners, to dealing with Skip on the design and Ryan on the installatiion. We feel very comfortable highly recommending Hoosier Closest to anyone needing to redo storage spaces.

They promptly came out for a free in-home estimate (unlike other companies that wanted fees or wanted me to email them measurements). The installation was done on time. We've done a lot of renovations at our new home and this was one of the easiest.

We received spectacular service, from start to finish! The price was definitely the hook, about a third of what we would pay otherwise. The evaluation and estimate experience was great. The work took all of two hours, and he returned the same day to make one minor change. Overall, not a single complaint. I would strongly recommend Hoosier Closets and would not hesitate to hire them again! Thanks!!

Jonie was very professional and provided a design to make my closet more efficient. I paid 50% of the cost of the closet the day I accepted the design she made for me and paid the remaining amount the day the closet install was complete. Ryan installed my closet system within 3hrs. He vacuumed the closet and his workspace after the installation was complete. He also removed my previous shelving system and filled in any holes left from the removal of my previous closet system. I plan on using Hoosier Closets again in the future to design other spaces in my home.

Skip and company recently completed their second job for us, eight years apart! As with our original experience we were completely satisfied. Skip listens closely to our needs and expectations and then designs options. We appreciate the technology he uses that allows for an immediate rendering of the project to help in decision making. The installer, Ryan, was completely professional and very efficient. We have back-burner projects for which Sip has already prepared plans. We will definitely use Hoosier Closets again!

Everything went really well. They came out same day as I called and took measurements, listen to our ideas and what we were looking for. They emailed us the next day with a rendering of an idea, price, and asked for feedback. We provided a few thoughts and they changed the rendering to reflect that. We accepted the terms, paid 50% of the bill for materials, and scheduled an install date (about 10 days later). On the install date, the installer showed up early and immediately got to work. The entire closet was installed in a few hours. He cleaned up after himself and vacuumed. Don't think it could have gone smoother.

We had used Jonie and Skip for our pantry and were thrilled with that, so we called them when we were considering a mudroom installation. They listened to what we were looking for and offered some ideas, and Jonie put together a plan on the spot. We looked at it, and Jonie made tweaks based on our feedback. We were so excited by what they were able to do and found the price reasonable, so we set up to have it installed. The installation went smoothly, and we are really thrilled overall. My only complaint would be that the boards to which the hooks are attached are not exactly what we expected and do not match the overall look as well as we would have liked. Overall, we are really happy with the product and the service and will consider Hoosier Closets first every time.

Skip and Lori designed exactly what I was thinking I needed. They were very professional and friendly The cabinets were made of really strong wood materials. I ordered a white finish. These cabinets were of really high quality. Even though it had snowed a lot the night before the installation, Richard came on time and installed the cabinets. He customized the installation placement of lighting that I wanted and secured the cabinets to the walls in two places top and bottom. The drawers are large and quiet with easy opening sliders. Richard showed me how to clean the cabinets and how to move the shelves location AND how to remove the drawers easily. For the quality and service these cabinets were a bargain and gave me lots of high visual appeal and excellent amount of storage. I have lots of items and now my office looks really organized If we add anything else, Hoosier Closets will be my first call

We added a master bedroom, walk-in, closet during the remodel of our master bedroom/bath, so I was starting from scratch with a new space, and not a clue how to begin. I contacted Hoosier Closets based on the excellent reviews I read on Angie's List. Skip Spetter, the owner, came out within a couple days of me contacting them, looked at the space, took measurements, asked me a few questions about storage, and asked me if I would like for him to design it while he was at my home. I LOVED THAT IDEA!! I'm one who is very impatient with things like that, so being able to see his design, and recommendations, within 20 minutes, was ideal for me. He did an amazing job with the design, and we hired him on the spot. We were scheduled for install a couple weeks after meeting, due to ordering the materials. My installer, Justin, was on-time, polite/friendly, and cleaned up all the mess (which was small). That evening, my husband, and I, noticed that we would like one of the wall units moved over a bit, as it was too close to the entry for our liking. I contacted Skip this morning, and he was out this afternoon, and had it moved within 20 minutes, if that! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for good, honest people, that obviously care about their customers.

Working with Hoosier Closets was an excellent experience. I put in a request on their website and got a phone call first thing the next moring. Jonie came out in a few days and we went over what I was looking for and we designed what would fit and I got an estimate right then. I was thrilled. We agreed on an install date about 4 weeks out (mostly due to my schedule) and when the day came Skip and team arrived on time, were so nice and professional about the install and within a few hours I had my beautiful, custom storage unit installed.

There were no cost surprises. They knew exactly what they were doing. Their price was quite in-line other companies we received estimates from and from the cost of our previous closet installation.

They redid our master closet and pantry with customized shelving and drawers. The work took a team of two, three hours to complete. The owner's wife met with us initially to take measurements. We sent her pictures so she knew what what we looking for.

Skip and Joanie were absolutely wonderful to work with. I felt like we were in good hands from the moment I met Joanie. She asked great questions and took copious notes in order to ensure she was designing something that would adequately meet our needs. She was quick to respond to our requests for changes to the layout and provide pricing updates. Once we agreed upon a layout, she and Skip arrived on time and transformed an empty room into a beautiful closet! My husband and I had a little miscommunication on providing the final payment and Joanie was very kind in her approach to gently reminded me to send the final payment to her. I would definitely consider using Hoosier Closets in the future!

We were able to secure a scheduled appointment with Hoosier Closets quickly and easily. Skip arrived to provide the consultation and quote. We asked for two options for each room: a minimal solution and a more complete, more expensive option. We also asked for itemized costs if possible. Our intention was to get some ideas on how we could best use our space and what the range of pricing would be. Skip either misunderstood or was unable to provide this. After an hour long consultation, most of which involved him developing a drawing of the rooms on his computer, he provided us with a quote that only listed the bare minimums: shelves installed, cabinets hung. No color options, no material options, no upgrade options. I called Jonie to see if we could gather more details. After a week with no response, I emailed her again. She said that they were stumped and felt that they had provided us what we wanted. I think Hoosier Closets could be a good option for very basic closet installations, but they were unable to help us with any ideas or to provide any options that would be a good value for our space.
