"Juan responded quickly on a Sunday afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the broken part. Fortunately, Juan had the part in his truck and was able to get my furnace working again. The service was impeccable! However, the weekend rates are expensive the service cost me $699 for installation of a $70 part. The 2-hour service call was $500 ($249 per hour)."

Taylor knew she wasn’t going to be able to work on my furnace and still continued to install the thermostat and then charged me and said the company and herself didn’t feel comfortable working on it because it was too old …I mean it was the same furnace she looked at to begin with …she should have known then that it was too old 429.00 for a thermostat. I did not sign the completed paperwork. I called the receptionist wouldn’t give me her name or the owners name she refused I threatened to write an honest review and she hung up on me and would not take my calls She had promised to adjust the price until I threatened to write a review and she hung up and have not contacted me back Taylor was not transparent and I didn’t appreciate that She also quoted me 6500.00 to replace a water heater of course with all the bells and whistles. Home Depot quoted me 1550.00 with all bells and whistles with a 12 year warranty!!!! Have a great holiday A-Team"

He followed thru with financing, scheduled the install, and completed the install same day! I kid you not ... the new boiler (and all that goes with it) is absolutely beautiful !!! Always I will be there in 10 minutes and an hour an a half later strolling up to have to leve again within an hour of working. Tor up the house and left a mess and the job still is not done. Extremely unhappy. I will NEVER use him again or thissite for refferences again."
