    I cannot praise and thank Jacob and his partner enough! They are called Propainters because they are really PROs in what they do. Basically I had 4 skylights removed during a roof replacement. Propainters was recommended by my Roofer to close up the area where the old skylights were. They closed up the area from the skylights, scraped the popcorn and painted the ceiling.They did such a good job that you wouldn't even know there were ever skylights there. They also fixed and painted a drywall from a plumbing repair and painted some walls in the main living area. All the work they did were excellent! Jacob and his partner were always on time at 8am and finished the work in 4 days as promised. They used plastic drop cloth and cleaned up as much as they could to minimize the dust around the house. Jacob knew I am putting the house in the market so he gave some suggestions on which areas need to be retouched. I am glad I listened and now the house looks more clean and fresh. Aside from being excellent at what they do, Jacob and his partner are also very nice, trustworthy and just good people. I don't usually let anyone be alone in the house when some work needs to be done. But with Jacob and his partner, I leave the house to drop off and pick up my kids and do some small errands. I recommend Propainters 1000% if you ever need any painting work done. You won't regret it

    We used Gove Restoration to remodel our 1910 Kitchen and downstairs bathroom and couldn't be more pleased with the results of the project and the way Gove performed, from start to finish. Matt Gove handled every detail of the job, and assisted making the plan and executing it. All of the work was performed on schedule, as promised, and with the highest craftsmanship. Village Cabinets were the showstopper and Gove coordinated all the details for the cabinets, installed hardwood flooring, lighting, and a redesign of our former pantry into a new and beautiful space. The workspace was kept clean and organized during the whole period. Gove moved the existing appliances and kept them ready to reinstall. Matt was a hands-on GC, checking on work, keep us up to date on the schedule and any changes, and really proved that he cared about this big investment for us. Gove proved their expertise in older homes and their unique situations, and handled any unexpected condition perfectly. Every single one of the contractors that came into our home was respectful, professional and did great work. We'd highly recommend Gove Restoration and would use them again

    I hired Oliver Beer of Bauhaus Construction after he initially did a ceiling repair for me at a condo I own in Manchester. The ceiling repair was complicated (see prior review on this project) and Oliver fixed the ceiling with a creative solution that the other contractors bidding didn't think of. Price wise, Bauhaus was more competitive than the other contractors. Based on my first experience with Bauhaus (Oliver) and after having numerous conversations about the rest of the condo which needed to essentially had to be gutted, I hired Oliver for this major project which took about 3 months to complete. Oliver works by himself, but he does the work of two people. The rehab project was complicated. The condo unit had extensive smoke damage which was a major challenge. The bathrooms needed gutting, pretty much new everything in the condo. Other contractors would have changed me $50-60k, but Oliver was not half that. Oliver is perfectionist with everything he does. The complicated paint job required as many as 5 coats of paint (on top of primer) and the popcorn ceiling was especially difficult. When the painting was done, the condo was unrecognizable from where we started. Along the way, Oliver had numerous design ideas that would not look great, but would cost effective. Oliver constantly went the extra mile searching out deals on appliances, cabinets, fixtures, tile and hardwood floors. Oliver used his many contacts to address unexpected issues that arose during the project (gas line issues, electrical issues etc). Overall, Oliver was phenomenal in all aspects of the project. I have recommended Oliver to 3 friends (and I never have recommended a contractor to anyone). Also, Oliver is going to finish my basement in my own home (the condo is rental unit)

    Anthony is very good and very particular about the way he does his work. He takes pride in the way he works and I’ve been happy with how this four season room has turned out. From the installing of the wood floor, the slider door, the windows, rebuilding and reframing the porch it all has been worth it. The final result is it looks awesome and it’s all due to Anthony working with me and him and I going over the details to give us one awesome room we can enjoy for years to come.     The owner of the company went above and beyond. I am self employeed and work 11-10 6 days a week. He was able to work my schedule and worked evenings when i got home. I contacted other contractors for the same job and ALL said we dont work nights?!?!? Soooo, pleased i found paint plus!!! I actually have refered them to 2 other friends for this summer as well as my business interior of the restaurant will be painted soon as well. This company is so professional and the paint job is superb. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
