Golden Brush

The team from Golden Brush painted several rooms in my house. They completed the work in one day, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were very neat, efficient, and professional. I will hire them again and will not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

He was paid in full but he didn't complete the job by not doing my door. To be specific my double front door it needs to be refinish.

The project went really good. Sean came everyday to check on the progress. He was really on time with finishing the project too. He and his worker were both courteous and came to work on time each day. I would recommend him and his team to my friends and rehire for future projects.

Sean and his team were the best. The first project they did for us was painting the outside of the house. They arrived on time, completed the job in a timely manner, and we are very pleased with the final project. We then contacted the company again to do a large painting project inside the house. His team, once again, arrived on time, worked quietly and efficiently, and completed the project to our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend golden brush painting!

The first attempt, the door looked like it was painted, not stained. He sanded and stained again and it was uneven and too dark. (He was to match the original trim). The 3rd time the color and finish is uneven and still too dark. I need the job completed correctly or a refund of $750 dollars.

2nd time using Golden Brush and everything was great again. Sean and his team did interior work for us this time. Painting, Refinished hardwood floors, Replaced kitchen countertops and tiled backslash, and he even found a plumber for us for a leak we had in the house. Great communication - communicated via Facetime so he could show me progress and get my feedback since we live out of state. Don't hesitate to hire them, they are great!!!

From the moment Sean came to our house and gave us a fair quote for the job, to the minute him and his team completed (on budget and on schedule!) and left the job, he was always on time, polite, knowledgeable, clean, accommodating and made sure we are fully satisfied with his work before leaving the job site. Sean did such a good job we are now considering hiring him to do some additional projects around the house!

We were extremely happy with Shawn and Golden Brush. Our house is 100+ years old and needs tlc when it’s being painted. We’ve lived here over 40 years and have had several contractors paint the stucco and wood trim. Shawn and his crew are by far the best. They gave our house all the care required. They were neat ,professional, attentive and gracious. From the day Shawn came to give us an estimate till the day the job was finished he was very generous with his time. And the price was reasonable. We will definitely use Golden Brush again. Shawn more than met our high standards.

Sean first arrived and gave me a very reasonable quote for the trimwork on the house and garage. Once he arrived with his team, he noticed that the previous contractor had done a poor job staining the house and offered to properly stain it with 2 coats. I agreed to the additional cost. I have a historic house, located in the historic district on Roslyn Heights. The home was built by Charles E. Willis in 1928. It is being restored on the exterior, and Golden Brush is part of this project. He and his team have been outstanding. Really, there aren't words that accurately describe the care, attention to detail and thoroughness that Sean, Ribero and Yousef have done on the house and garage. He provides his Certificate of Liability if you request it. Sean is onsite almost all the time. They are neat, respect your planting beds, and clean up after themselves. I let them use my garage to store their tools and paints since they were here on and off for about 10 days. They arrived promptly at 8:30am and didn't leave until 4:30pm. The house looks fabulous. Sean and his team will return once the new windows have been installed, so he can paint the window trim. They've already primed the windows. I can't say enough, truly. I'd recommend Sean at Golden Brush for any painting work you need, especially if it is a historic or older home. I understands the requirements of such a home. Oh, and he used Benjamin Moore products on the home.
