The damage was a result of a home accident. When I first visited Woodland Auto Body, Howard was wonderful in assessing the damage and recommending not going through insurance since the damage would be less than my $500 deductible. He also recommended not repairing my second vehicle involved because of its age (16 years). A few weeks later, when I called on a Monday to schedule an appointment for repair, he took me the very next day. The repair was done perfectly and in a timely manner. Not only was the damage repaired, but the vehicle also looked like it was detailed inside and out. GREAT SERVICE!

The repairs were done in a timely manner and the work was top notch. The owner was extremely helpful, even providing guidence about how insurance claims/procedures. They even provided me with a loner car at no charge which was amazing.

It is rare today to find this kind of service. We spoke directly with the owner, they provided a rental car on site, they not only repaired and painted the car beautifully, but also completely cleaned the interior. We only wish that all our service providers were this competent and professional.

Paint was in the passenger side and back side. You can't tell anything happened at all!!! This is now the 5th car they have done miracles to that I will never go to any body else.

I was very happy with the work for several reasons. First, Woodland Auto Body was the only shop out of four that would take the car for repair right away. Second, the other three estimates that I obtained ranged from $1000 to $1200 -- in other words, 25 to 50% higher! Third, they did a good job with the repair.

Perfect. The car looks like new! (It's a 2008 Honda Accord). They also cleaned up the inside before returning it to us - looks like it was detailed - at no cost. They were just wonderful to work with.

Fortunately, I rarely require the services of an auto body shop . . . .but when I do, Woodland Auto Body is my choice to do the repair. I was backed into and my bumper was crushed and one tail lamp cracked. Howard Weiner and Chris did a great job putting me at ease and worked with the insurance adjustor to get my car repaired. When I went to pick it up I really thought that they couldn't find a bumper for my car. . .so they got me a new one! The car hasn't looked so good since I picked it up at the showroom. They even touched up some nicks away from the damaged area and effectively detailed the car including cleaning the interior.
I would recommend Woodland Auto Body in East Hartford to anyone who wants a and quot;first classand quot; repair. Howard and his team are the best!

From the calling to notify my car is being towed there to the picking up of the finished car and the conversations and repeated offers of helpful information in between, their professionalism and obvious concern was fantastic.

They were professional and friendly, they remembered me from the last time I was there. They were able to get the work done in the time that they had promised. The car looked really good and the bumper hasn't fallen off since!

After cracking the driver side front bumper, I was able to keep driving for weeks with the aid of gorilla duct tape. I asked for an estimate from Woodland because of Angie's list reviews and mechanic's recommendation. The staff person who evaluated the damage to my bumper was professional. The owner volunteered use of a loaner car. He offered to throw in repair of a number of small nicks to the paint on the front hood.(Plus, he related entertaining stories). Also affecting my decision was witnessing a couple come in with a completed check for work on their car. Evidently, the repairs ended up being more extensive than when they were given their estimate. The couple did not have another check with them and the owner then insisted that he would accept the check they brought to him despite their offer to bring him an additional check. All these factors led me to choose Woodland. When I asked to delay repairs a few months - the staff okayed that. My repairs were completed quickly. When I arrived to pick up my car, the promised repair of the nicks was not done and the staff who would normally do this had departed for the day. I accepted the painting would be taken care of at a later date. At that point, the individual who originally came up with the estimate suddenly appeared with touch up paint and covered the spots that were missing paint. The bumper now looks good and there have been no related problems since the repair..

I know of Woodland by reputation and from Angie's List. When my car was hit, I took it there, and was given a thorough explanation of what it needed, time required, best place to get my rental, etc. The work was completed beautifully, timely and professionally. I would not hesitate to take my car there again (although I hope I do not have to).

YOU COULDN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW GOOD THEY ARE. THE PARTS WERE ALL THERE WAITING WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR IN. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES, AND THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS TOP NOTCH.
