Service Professor IncJonathan did me real solids today. Despite the fact that they were here to clean up bascially messes left by the installers on my HVAC on both AC and furnace, he AGAN went ABOVE and BEYOND when he noticed I was doing my own plumbing project. We had hot water seeping out with our water main shut off on a fixture exchange, and he pointed out we can drain the hot water heater partially to stop this. The last plumber didn't eve care to share this, or even do it. I will not go ANY OTHER PLACE than Service Professor for my plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs. PERIOD. No one else compares!- Jon H.

He quickly identified those portions of the system that were functioning and not functioning. Steve and the team check the functioning aspects of the system to ensure they were functioning, would last and not require replacement. I NEVER felt like I was being up-sold or taken advantage. I cannot recommend Steve and the team at Filtration Direct enough for any issue you maybe having with your water. His team is honest, respectable and very professional. Today, Jim came to our home after his announced time and provided us with options to care for our residence. They also have a program that provides annual inspections and priority for scheduling repairs. Living in an older home, we have found the service and their integrity in valuable. We’ve also come to love this service because of continuity of providers they’ve been able to provide. Jim has been in our home now numerous times and his updated many things in our 1940s built Cape Cod. He remains personable, efficient, and does a great job keeping us informed and cleaning up after himself. He even greets our dog with a head rub and a treat :)- Kandace W.

Service Professor IncI can't say enough great things about Paul and the group at the plumbing connection. I have a very old farm house that needed much repair when I purchased the home. I was very lucky to be able to choose the plumbing connection my first time when needing a contractor. Paul is always on time and very professional in the way he represents his company. I have used Paul for other features including the most recent which is a big safety feature that senses gas leaks and will automatically shut off the gas outside of my home. The pricing is very competitive and the service is second to none. I would recommend the Plumbing Connection for any and all plumbing needs.- kraig l.

He listened to my desires as to placement and number of faucets hooked up the the newly planned softener. The tech was able to clear the line out and remove the unnecessary second trap. He snaked the drain and since then everything is running well. The only thing that I didn't like was that the tech forgot to put the washer discharge hose back into the utility tub, so had I not checked that, I would have had water all over my basement. Simple oversite, but could have been costly.

After trying the local town groups and getting nowhere, I went on Angie's List and started there. Within less than a day, I received a message back with questions as to what my problem was. I explained what was going on, sent him the necessary paperwork on my pump, and he was here in two days and fixed the problem. Mike was great at explaining what he was doing, showed me exactly what was wrong (the pump was cracked in two places), fixed the problem, and didn't leave until he knew everything was working correctly. I would highly recommend this company for any other problems I have with my pump. He was professional on all levels and he answered my call for help.
