5/12/22 I called C&D plumbing after finding them in “best picks report” book. The representative was very professional and said she would tell the plumber my times I would be available.. The plumber “ Josh “ arrived the next day earlier ., which was better for me. He was very professional as well.. Not beating around the. Use but telling me the exact cost of my repair. He gave me options. As he continued to do the repair to our bathroom sink he was extremely knowledgeable and very tidy. He was there about two hours . Cleaning up the area about ever half hour. He was very friendly and answered any questions I had asked him. He finished and cleaned up once more. Told me about my warranty and thanked me for allowing him to do his work without looking over his shoulder and telling him what to do. A very pleasant experience with Josh. I would definitely hire C&D plumbing again and hope I get Josh again as well. Andre

Fernando is an amazing contractor. He is incredibly knowledgeable and a true professional. I loved working with him and in fact, he is currently also totally remodeling my kitchen. Everything in the bathroom came out perfectly, exactly as I wanted. It is important to note that Fernando really listened to what I wanted and was able to make sure the bathroom was exactly as I imagined. I loved working with Fernando and his team, and I highly recommend the

We had a complete bathroom remodel, replacing tub with shower stall, new toilet, new vanity, new light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, tile, drywall, painting, etc. This was outstanding work from an outstanding contractor. Roberto was professional and communicative from estimate to completion. He or his office manager responded almost instantly to queries and proactively called us when necessary. Unheard of! Each of the teams of subcontractors, from demolition to tile to plumbing to electrical to drywall/painting was friendly, respectful, quiet (no blaring radios) and, above all, highly skilled in their respective crafts. The work was done exceptionally quickly, over the course of just under two weeks (some "down" days were necessary for drying/setting"). Cleanliness and care of our condo were first-rate. We liked the protocol of paying for labor and choosing/paying for our own materials. Got exactly what we wanted, installed with great care and precision. There is not a tile askew, not a rough patch on a wall, not a gap in any of the fixtures. Angi reviews once again proved valuable. We found whom we wanted

They were at my house 1 1/2 hours. They replaced all the pipes. They unclogged the pipes. They didn't up charge. I would recommend them. I put the information on Monday night and they called me right away. He came today early in the morning. They told me the charge a head of time. They were excellent with their prices and work. They charged me less, they said it would be $200 and charged me $185. They unclogged the toilet unexpectedly. I was extraordinarily pleased

Repairing my pipes under my sink… I had an awful leak. Scotty Greulich was a great technician. Unfortunately I called at a very late time, he came very promptly. Soon as he was able to make it. Explain what the problem was fixed it everything was good to go. He waited for me to work my garbage disposal and make sure that everything was working properly. I have his card hopefully there won’t be any problem again.. but if there is I know I can call Scotty. Gisela Nicholas In Fort Lauderdal

Plumbing FAQ

  1. How much does a plumber cost?

Answer: The cost of a plumber ranges from $175 to $480, with a national average of $330. However, the price will vary depending on job complexity, timing, location, supplies and materials, permits, and level of expertise. These costs typically include toilet repairs, faucet installations, and leaky pipes. In addition to the service call, you may also need to budget for haul-away and trip fees often required during more complicated jobs. Ask your local plumbing contractor about these fees before hiring them.

  2. How much does a plumber charge to replace a toilet?

Answer: On average, you can expect to pay your local plumbing contractor between $125 and $230 to replace an old toilet, with most residential homeowners paying around $150 to $180 for professional installation. You’ll need to consider materials and labor when calculating a final price. Not all toilets are equal. Depending on the brand you choose and the features you want, a new toilet might run you anywhere from $100 to $1,300. Add in the price of labor and installation, and your total project can jump up to $200 and $1,500.

  3. How much does a plumber cost to fix a toilet?

Answer: According to our service providers, it costs roughly $75 to $200 on average to have your toilet repaired. However, this price will vary depending on the complexity of the job and the materials needed for the fix. Repairs can be messy and less-than-pleasant to address, but having a functioning toilet is most definitely necessary. If you’re experiencing problems with your toilet, contact a local, reputable plumbing contractor right away, as avoiding repairs can lead to bigger—and more expensive—issues over time.

  4. Is liquid plumber safe for septic systems?

Answer: Good news! Liquid-Plumr® is safe for septic systems. Most drain cleaners disrupt the pH in your septic tank, which prevents the good bacteria from breaking down septic waste. The chemical make-up in Liquid-Plumr® works with the bacteria to break down waste quickly without harming your septic system. Still, it’s best to confirm with your local plumbing provider if Liquid-Plumr® is the right solution for your system.

  5. How much is it for a plumber to unclog a toilet?

Answer: Even the most well-maintained toilets experience clogs. It’ll cost you an average of $200 to $700 to unclog your toilet. Severe clogs will require a more comprehensive repair method, so check with your local plumbing contractor to determine the best approach for unclogging your toilet.

  6. Is Liquid-Plumr®, or any other liquid drain cleaner, safe for septic systems?

Answer: Yes and no. Liquid-Plumr® and other drain cleaners are most effective when used sparingly (one to three times a year). Repeated use of liquid plumber on drains could deteriorate your pipes and cause more damage. If your pipes clog frequently, put down the liquid plumber and call your local plumbing contractor immediately.
