Dascor Plumbing

I believe that I was overcharged for the service performed. I left 2 messages for the owner, Douglas Anderson, to return my call. I never received a call back.

Tech was not capable of fixing a leaky faucet!!!! These are the ABC's of plumbing and I was extremely dissapointed at the lack of skill to do such a simple job . The "plumber" turned off my hot water faucet in the guest bath and told me I needed to order a part for the inside of the handle. He also told me I could buy the part at a local hardware store. What!!!! why am I paying a plumber to tell me to get the parts myself? I ended up paying an cost prohibitive hourly rate for this? I told him he should order the part and it ended up that He never came back nor did he ever order the part. I still have a leaking faucet thanks to working faucet . Shame on you

After they figured out what was wrong, they charged me $215, for them to have another company come and bring me a part and for them to turn off my stove. I will have to pay for another company to service and I will have to pay for the part. I just think the administrator should have been up front with the fees before dispatching.

I think they're very good. They're family owned. I liked them. I've had other plumbers and they were... I'll never use them again. I thought they were very attentive in pointing out things. I thought they were very tidy. The workers were very good. They left their work areas very good.

They obviously work with subcontractors because 2 men showed up to my home in a UHaul rental to fix my water heater. I was so surprised since I thought this was a family owned company and they claim on the website that all their workers are family. Unfortunately after a few months we encountered the same problem with the water heater and so I call to schedule an appt. To start off I was troubled by the tone of the receptionist stating that she was very busy and would not be able to accommodate us . She also stated They do not schedule saturday appt;s . By the way , we have not had consistent hot water for over a week and they do not care at all. What every happened to customer service? I find it hard to believe that service companies do work on Saturday's, since when do they have Banker's hours???? Very deceptive company that claims to offer 24 hours service and this is not true. They do not stand by their work and if you have an issue do not expect them to fix it. I would not recommend at all.

When I called, they answered right away. We scheduled for Wednesday the 9th. They came out and brought a helper, and found out right away what the problem was. They replaced the part and I asked to keep the old part just in case, which they allowed. They were so professional and everything went perfectly. If I ever have any plumbing problems, I will definitely be calling them, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber in the Boca Raton area.

Called Dascor Plumbing for help with a leaking water line and they (Keith and Joe) did an excellent job. They were helpful with the diagnostics and with the slab leak repair as they re- routed the water supply for one line to another and stopping the leak. Their diagnosis was speedy and accurate. the repair was done quickly with very professional patching of my drywall in the garage. I also got a new hot water tank which they also installed. They charged me $1100 for the repair and $1150 for the new water tank including installation. I could have purchased the tank installed from Home Depot for about $100 less but I thought I was better off with Dascor. Proved to be a very wised decision.

We've worked with Dascor many times in recent years, but it's always been for relatively small problems, which they solved with speed and ease. Recently, we encountered a bigger problem that was tougher to diagnose and solve. Although it was more complicated, Doug and his team were just as thoughtful, responsive, and dedicated to fixing the issue. They are solid and trustworthy professionals, and we will definitely continue to call them in the future if needed.

Called on a Saturday. Tech took about an hour to call me back. He arrived within the next hour and was done within an hour of arriving. Used a rotor tool to eliminate the blockage in the line under the back yard.

Repairs on a Saturday are not cheap, but I didn't comparison shop, so I don't feel comfortable saying the work was priced high or low.

they were running late and called to inform me which is great, and preformed the job as agreed and also gave me some recommendations   good honest guys

Totally satisfied with Dascor's performance from initially with the office staff, to the owner who did the estimate, to the gentleman who performed the work, which was impeccable and performed with pride and professionalism.  Would recommend Dascor Plumbing across the board.

Great service. Very responsive. Worked with me to submit claim to the insurance company. Communicated with the insurance company and public adjuster. I will definitely use them in the future.

Done well, effectively and on time.   Took 2 visits to figure out the problem (which I researched) but the work was done quickly and painlessly.

I used Dascor to camera scope the sewer line which was backing up into the house. They showed me all the problems on camera that proved there was no quick fix. These drain lines were "shot". They explained my options and we decided on the best plan for my budget and the house. Corey was the guy in charge of replacing the drain lines. He explained exactly how and when things would be done. He was always available when I called. His team was outstanding. They were hardworking, considerate and extremely capable. This project took a couple of weeks of them working everyday to complete. They were always on time and always cleaned up after themselves. It was totally worth it. I continue to use Dascor for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend Dascor Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

I called Dascor at 8 am on Monday March 8, 2016, and I'm writing this review at 1105 on 3/8/16. Talk about fast service. Although the task wasn't a huge one, they completed it quickly, professionally and with quality. I've used them before on a much bigger job (rerouting plumbing around a leaking section of poly piping) with the exact same results. I would recommend them to anyone.
