  I finally closed the house in November. I was referred to him by one of my friends. I called him up and wanted to establish a relationship. I received a letter that my mortgage was going to go up from $1,399 to $1,700. They did the research and found that they had overpaid my taxes. They investigated and found out that information. They requested my money back from the government, and the situation is fixed. I started using them in August of last year and closed on the house in November, Then, I started using them again last month. We have a continuous relationship now. I am in the military, and I move a lot. He is going to be my property manager. His service was outstanding. He definitely helped me out. I didn't have the perfect credit score, but I had a very good interest rate. His punctuality is excellent. If we are supposed to meet at 3:00, we will meet at 3:00.
