Our first "visit" with these guys went great, very nice, on time, etc. HOWEVER when we asked to see a subsequent property they seemed annoyed making the appointment and on the appointment day were quite rude! We had an appointment to see a specific property and when the time came they were not there so I called the office and was told we HAD to meet at the office even though we were already at the address and had another appointment with another agent just down the street immediately following. When I questioned that and told them we'd never been told that they got very snotty and didn't even give me a chance to explain the previous info OR that I now had a flat from a row of roofing nails I picked up in the neighborhood of the appointment.
The first person I spoke to just said "we have to meet at the office that's our policy" and when I said but we're already here she hung up on me! When I called back and asked to speak to a manager she only let me say we're already here and have another appt before she too cut me off and said it was for their agent's "Safety" etc. (They are the ONLY office in town with this policy that we dealt with) and when I again tried to explain she said "we won't be showing you any properties!" umm ya think?!  They then sent someone out to check on the property -- really?! (We had moved to the next house to fix our flat and wait on the other agency).
DO not use these folks, if they can't work with their prospective renters I can't imagine they would work with you once you are tenants!

Employees are rude and unresponsive.  Property was allowed to fall into a state of disrepair and they would not fix anything.  House had several safey hazards to include windows that did not stay open and would fall down.  House had bugs.  There were bullet holes in the walls when we moved in!  Not even sure all of the their policies are legal.  I would steer very clear of this company.  They prey on the military and take avantage of the fact that often military has to find housing quickly.  If you have to get out of your lease early, they will find any and every way to penalize you even if you are well within your right.  Avoid at all costs!
