Leroy did an AWESOME job!! We have not seen the carpeting that clean since my mom bought the house 20 years ago. Leroy was so conscientious and diligent in removing the dirt and bringing the color of the carpeting back to life. My mom's carpeting is light color so Leroy cleaning was deep. I will be using Leroy's service to clean the rest of my mom's house.

These were cleaned well considering they are all light beige in color, I did not expect them to look like new but knowing how light colored and how heavy these carpets are the came out well. They had them for what seemed like a long time (at least 3 weeks) but I was informed by Leroy that it would be that long because he was busy.

Searched for a new company to perform the needed work as we were dissatisfied with past results. Found Smith & Co., chatted over the telephone with him and selected him to do the required work. Arrived, looked over the carpets and then to work, and since some areas of the carpeted areas were badly soiled, he spent a long time in one area alone before proceeding to the other areas. Before it was over he had spent the better part of a day on the carpeted areas. Discussed the tile floors and he returned the following day to take this task on, about 275 sq. ft. of mostly 8"X8" tile. After about 4 plus hours the job was completed. The end results, our carpeted areas have essentially returned to new, all heavily stained/dirtied areas were spotless, the floor tile and all joints were like new again. We were very pleased with the end results, the cost may have been somewhat higher but compared to previous dollars spent and results thereafter this was money well spent for a superior end product. I was dubious at first, but not any longer. A diligent hard working person, friendly and an extrovert, pleasant to be around.

I contracted with Smithco & Estate Carpet Cleaning on AngiesList on Mar 13, 2017 and as of Mar 18, 2017, I have not been contacted by this company. I don't know if they still provide services thru AngiesList. If not, then AngiesList needs to delete this company from there offers list. I will informed AngiesList and request a refund of my money.

The services were very professional. The first service requested was for two rooms. Later I requested carpet cleaning of additional areas, and they kindly stayed for more hours. This company cleaned all carpets very thoroughly and perfectly done for over 6 hours! I will give an A+ for such an excellent cleaning service.
